Cory Joseph starting a playoff game in 2025 is wild. Dennis Schroeder would be really nice in Orlando.

Lakers getting every call, going to be tough for Minny to overcome refs if it stays close

Jordan would never be laughing with his opponent in the 4th quarter of a playoff game and then put up a dumbass shot like that

Watching the end of this Lakers Wolves game shows you just how much we need a big shot and playmaker on the team. We don’t have anyone close to Ant.

We have to pray Ingram goes back to 2 years ago version of him and/or a leap from RJ or Scottie. RJ with better FT shooting is already a considerably more efficient offensive player

That is a sad perspective. How were those cast of guys working out in Toronto?

Everyone is in a better place than they were when in Toronto, even the Raptors….well, except Nurse.

Sounds like Matt Devlin doing the Cavs Heat game for TNT. He's much better doing a neutral game like this. Not over hyping every threeee in the air. No lame jokes with Jack or Alvin. No homerism of course. He's become unbearable on Raptors games but he's listenable here. Is this the first playoff game he's done this year?

one thing this playoffs shows is that you have to be able to put the ball in the basket and you need guys that can get creative getting a good shot off (make or miss).

it comes down to direction from the network. he's a pro that does multiple sports and is on a national broadcast for a reason. tsn and sn want him to call games the way he is doing it.

I agree he's a pro and I have enjoyed his Blue Jays work and even CFL a few years ago. I think he could dial down the homerism with the Raptors, and the lame humor and be better, more low key. I often feel the two Canadian broadcasts suffer from a lack of strong directors/ producers, though most of my criticism is in the areas of camera work, intrusive replays and reaction shots, missing live action plays, etc.

Matt is perfectly fine to me the Raptors have been terrible to watch as a team for the last 2 years so I can't blame him for not making it any better

Riley better have a hell of a plan for replacing Jimmy as they're essentially the Bulls now
