Game 2 no shows from key players removed our margin for error

Who's going to help get it to him? Only guy who can both dribble drive and make more than the simplest kickout pass is Niko.

This is what I mean when I say we've made it too complex. We weren't able to stop them defensively in games 1 & 2, but we didn't look this bad offensively. We've tried to do the off ball Herro thing and it isn't working. Not for long periods of time anyway.

I like the idea of having Bam bring it up, so it can force them to relent on their pressure or make them bring a big out of the paint. But he doesn't need to go the entire way before getting it to Tyler to start the set. Once in the half court and the floor condensed, that's when the issue of getting it to him comes.

I love it, Herro is in absolute jail against Sam Merrill with the only thing he provides being scoring but no mention of it, just mention of how much better Mobley is than Bam because he blocked Niko and has 9-2-2 (2 points on Bam after Bam helped off). Mobley’s definitely a good player, similar numbers to Bam when he was 23 and everything is so easy when your offense is created for you by elite playmakers

A team will not be any good when your best players are clumsy with the ball. Herro, Wiggins, and Bam turn the ball over too much to be the #1 option on any team

He hasn’t been good in whole series so far. At this point, I am not even sure if he should be starting in the 2nd half. He just doesn’t get it.

Boards 21 to 15, points in the paint 32 to 8.

Your game right there.

The way this game/season has gone, won't be surprised if they somehow manage to do an inverted turd and turn this game around.

34 FG and 20 of them 3 pointers. We gotta give Cavs credit. All series long especially in this game they shut down everything in the paint and forced us to take 3s.
We don't have the playmaking to take advantage of switches. Or the elite one on one scoring to break down their defense. And we never post us.
Cavs just so much better and dictating how this game goes

That's the problem with offball Herro vs a team that's locked in

It sucks because that's his best role but he can't play it on this roster. Him and Jimmy would have been great with this version of Tyler, but the timelines just didn't overlap enough.

Personally I'm not of the mindset a team needs a "true point guard", positions are defined by defense and I'd rather have Tyler guarding 1's in most cases, but what we really need is a guy who can be the primary ball handler. Whether he's a 1, 2, 3, even 4.

I am curious if Duncan would work in place of Wiggins?

Yeah, they had a good gameplan, the personnel to execute it and the talent to make it work.

Guys, we’re just one piece away! We need to trade away all of our picks for aging vets

This is without Garland on the floor....pretty disheartening half of basketball but we can't be too surprised. We've been devoid of real talent for years with only a combination of Jimmy/Bam holding this franchise afloat to the max (2 Finals appearances).

It's in a fans nature to root for your team to win, but I think we can all agree that winning 2 road play-in games wasn't worth it.

Nobody is glazing Tyler, but your obsession with Bam is getting obnoxious he's like the only guy you watch on the floor. Even when Twix was doing a good job of breaking down video to explain our offensive woes all you could focus on was Bam.

Hamster banana pic was right.

Considering Wiggins doesn’t even play defense you might as well play the elite shooter

That top 10 pick would’ve done our franchise wonders sigh
