Why did Cleveland give away Travis Hunter if they were gonna draft Shedeur???

I hope Shedeur locks in and gets ready to work because he is not guaranteed a roster spot

I guess using them in Madden paid off.

They are still going after Cousins and targeting a QB next year though, so I wonder what this looks like if he doesn't grab hold of that job quickly.

how does that call with the Browns go with him?

Welcome to the team we already have 3 QB's one being a QB we drafted above you that doesn't have anywhere near your talent? I'm miffed

Was he literally a 5th round grade for them??

I have no clue, but I find it hard to believe his stock fell that far. I'm waiting for somebody to break this story and explain what happened.
Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!

As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

I’m hoping somehow Marcus Mbow slides to 154. Idk if there’s some red flag (medical or not) that we’re not aware of but that would make this draft insane

Good insight from the QB hunt last year and would have to imagine some of the guys were thrown into similar situations throughout the process.

This is what i was saying earlier. If that McShay report is even remotely true, that's a horrible look to walk into that interview unprepared and it's a self inflicted wound.

lets just say he had a bad interview with Daboll. Thats just one team. It would be kinda crazy for him to bomb nearly every interview unless he just took the entire draft process unseriously...

Yeah it's one thing if he completely messed up with Daboll. Fine. What about everyone else?

All the dirt will be coming out in the next 48 hours so we'll find out. This is one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. The kid is not a 5th round grade so something definitely happened.

Either way, it's over now. I'll be rooting for him to take that Cleveland job. I hope he's angry as hell and locks in.

Might end up helping both the kid and his dad. This is a wake up call.

Now Sanders (both of them) have some rules set before them, the whole league and the fans saw this crazy thing unfold.
Cleveland now has the upper hand in this sense.
Sanders’ just got neutered with a chance of reconnecting the tubes in a few years.

As bad as we are, I'm glad we're not the Browns. That is a mess.

Trading Travis Hunter might be a worse draft move than reaching on Daniel Jones at 6.

He will have to beat out Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, and the other kid they drafted before him.

That doesn't sound that daunting, but he's gonna have to really get his ducks in a row and earn his spot. I think he will.

Same. Him dropping to the 5th is absurd. They should have just picked him in the 3rd round.

I still want to know what happened but it's irrelevant now. Get on the first flight to Cleveland and get ready for classroom work. Stay cool, compete hard and earn that job.

I do feel Stefanski with his WC offense was the best fit for Shedeur, so its a good fit system wise

but man where are the reps going to come from. You have to assume they picked Gabriel because they liked him better...wouldn't he get a lot of reps. Assuming Flacco and Pickett are competing for 1st team reps. How do you even evaluate him?

wow that is awesome when people thought he could go to Giants 50 picks sooner.

He's like 80 on DJ's big board...we got him in the mid 150's

that is like a mid 3rd round grade.

I was just watching Cam Skattebo footage. What stood out besides the fact that it looks like it really hurts when he runs people over, but he's got some decent hands.

Daboll is gonna wank himself to sleep tonight thinking about how to use these RBs

Schoen is nailing it.

Defensive line addressed 2x. Giants defense is now legit.

Developmental QB.

A human battering ram of a RB to be the Thunder to Tracey's lightning

Like someone else said earlier, he has done what Mara asked.

UNBELIEVABLE pick and draft. Just wow. I wanted 4 of the 5 guys by name. Our last two picks could have went a round sooner, easy.

One of our best drafts on paper in a long time.
We literally just drafted 5 probable starters.
Unheard of for us.

This was a perfect depth draft for us and I'm glad Schoen taking advantage of it (on paper)

To paraphrase Parcells, Schoen has given Daboll and Bowen some good ingredients.
