Does that mean Deandre Jordan gets 40 minutes, because not even Space Jam MJ is winning in that case.

He can't be touching it at the buzzer. I get why people might think that's a dumb rule...but it's the rule.

Curious though, say he was even higher and still touching it as the ball was almost through the net, still not a bucket?

It HAS to be out of the hands even if it's through the net?

On the BBALLBREAKDOWN replay which looks the best so far, when the light turns on, it looks BARELY out of his fingertips. You can see the separation but again it's really **** close.

I’ve only just joined the thread and seen no game or video so far, but a shot attempt requires a ball to be released, right? A player in contact with the ball hasn’t attempted a shot, otherwise you’d call pump fakes shot attempts. I would think that if a player is still in contact with the ball when time expires, whether it be on a jumper or a dunk, they have not began their shot.

The best quality-wise series of the 2025 playoff first round, because both teams at their best can win the conference.

Yes

Just curious if you have the actual rule. Not saying you're wrong, just want to see it in writing.

Not only should it not count as he's touching it.

But if an offensive player touches the ball while it's going through the rim...swear that's a rule.too

I mean then literally every dunk wouldn't count.

This is what I want to know as well. We need a RealGM rule expert in here.

This looks like Harden comitted clear foul before time expired. It should have been and1

Clippers should win this series. Denver is terrible for a playoff team outside Jokic.

The problem for the Clippers is now it is going to go six or seven games like I originally thought it would so what’s gonna happen is the thunder are going to have a monster rest advantage and possibly sweep them

Very unnecessary loss by Clippers, their coaching lost them this game late. How you can let Jokic dance his way 1 vs 1 when it is 16 secs left. Nobody else could score in the Nuggets. Same with AG rebound, they doubled Jokic too late. The shot should never been by Jokic.

These mistakes by a great defensive team will cost this series or the next.....

It was already a made basket though. It's not the same as a jumper. The basket already counted the moment it went past the rim. The fingertip stuff is irrelevant at that point.

I'm as big Murray supporter as there is on RealGm but it's just not looking good for him going forward. Not just this series but for the remainder of his career.

He can't seem to beat defenders off the dribble or even get separation from them. If his jumper isn't falling he's completely nullified.
