As far as Spo goes I don't think he needs to go but this has to be a black mark of a season for him. Many more blunders than I've even seen from him.

Silver lining, and its not much... but if they had missed the playoffs this year, they're adding probably like the #8 pick. You're lucky if you get a Herro/Bam level talent at that spot, let alone a franchise changer.

But sucking this bad in the playoffs, the fanbase will support blowing it up, which leads to an actual top 3 pick type of season, and we'll own that pick now instead of potentially having to hand it over. And a top 3 pick is what you usually need to draft a franchise changing type of talent.

Still need a lot of things to go our way, but the path is at least clear now. Unless they throw it all away chasing Durant or something stupid like that.

Every coach got their wins bc of great players. You can do this with Phil Jackson, Steve Kerr, Pop, Riley, etc etc etc. Who does it with dogchit teams? Oh yeah, Spo.
