To be fair, once you badly sprain it and you don’t allow sufficient time to recover, you’re going to be very prone to more sprains. The dynamic stabilizers(muscles/tendons) and static stabilizers(ligaments) are not the thickest or strongest down there so if they’re already weak from an injury not fully healed… it’s going to continue happening

Random but when is the last time the Knicks forced a key late turnover? 1999?

It is not that Deuce missed the FT is my worry, but how he shot it. Guy looked legit terrified when he attempted that first FT.

I wouldn't bet on that. Game 6 could go either way.

Detroit is like Jason in Friday the 13th. They can't be killed. NY just needs to get hot and the game is ours.

At least Thibs saved his challenge so he can have 2x as many for next game. Smart thinking.

On to the next one.

The thing is we should be able to win games where Brunson doesn't have it.

We went all in with 5 picks for a player and kat is good enough to carry if we featured him more. But our offense is archaic and mikal sucks. So yeah if Brunson is off were cooked.

Calinks wrote:This offense is goofy. How hard is it to feed you all-offense big man early and often. Its like they wait until the last 5 minutes out of separation. GET THAT DUDE JACKING OUT THE GATE! Brunson can find his own shot, KAT needs help. Push him the ball. Makes no damn sense man.

Kat doesn’t want the ball. He’s freaking Donnell Marshal. When you take your ass in the post and fight for position your teammates have no choice but to give you the ball, and it’s not as if doing that would break the sets we aren’t running. Or, Pick….and…..pop. What in the actual **** is stopping this team from running high pnp w Brunson and Kat, aside from Kat being a **** pick setter and Brunson not being good at popping him the ball when Kat decides to pop.

Our offense is freaking awful. Kat and Mikal need some OG in them, he’s taking his offense but still not forcing it. Mikal has nothing but his midrange

And now we have to worry about Brunson in game 6. His ankle isn't right.

I ain't worried about shyt. Season is over. Not wasting my positive energy on this BS until we get a new HC. Best thing that could happen is Jalen misses the rest of the series and we lose the next two games. That's what I'm rooting for. If Thibs is back next year I won't be. The juice ain't worth the squeeze.

DET gave us plenty of chances to run away with it. And so did the refs. Duren must look like he was thrown in a lions den. We hacked the **** out of him every play

And Deuce, and JB.

We didn’t lose because of Deuce. Brunson didn’t have his best game but had his moments. Deuce was +9, Brunson was +1. We were worse with them off the floor so they aren’t why we lost.

Deuce is shooting 26 and 30 out there and that number got worse tonight. He's your first bench player off the bench and he's dropping blanks left and right. Deuce is literally my Charles Smith right now.

Mikal?????

Brunson and KAT were 9-30?????

And thibs was a **** disaster tonight.

Our two main guys were off and he was soft as baby **** until it was too late. We needed guy #3 to step up.

That foul on Mitch when Tobias jumped into him and pushed him into Duran… how did we not challenge!?

We waited like 90sec of game play to call a timeout to get Brunson back in… WTF!?

All thibs does is the Duante Culpepper roll with his arms…. I’ve never seen him call a play

How was there so much confusion on that last substitution? Obviously Mitch and KAT should be in since we need an oreb…

Thibs man, thank you for helping turn this around but we’ll take it from here
