I think we take Game 6. KAT and JB play better and Mitch is back.

have someone else bring it up and get into our damn offense sooner!
You know what kind of basketball is boring? That ****. Incredibly frustrating from a fan perspective. Hart can't really set the offense and Thibs isn't trusting Mikal to do it. But what **** plays is Thibs even running? I see no movement regardless.

I’m so happy is everyone is calling out the post up from 30 feet. We called it before it happened

They got to ride him to a series W. But I hope it’s not just asking him to create from 30 feet out

McBride needs to play the best defense of his life and knock down some threes in Game 6
either that, or either Shamet or Wright need to take his spot

No he’s being blamed for terrible rotations, not developing any of our young players, not using any challenges when the refs screw up, no offensive scheme whatsoever, driving starters into the dirt, no in game adjustments… do you want me to keep going??

Dolan is living and dying with Thibs. He's not getting rid of him.

The fact they can get away with playing him as much as they do is unreal, he cannot shoot, but we don't defend him the way they do Hart. Because our rockhead coach will not defend him with a center because a center always needs to guard another center, that's how they played in 2010, so that's how you gotta play today.
It’s bc he’s a freak athlete tho. Idk how many dunks he had in the first half when they did ignore him. He also is quick and gets to the line so he isn’t just standing around.
He had 22 points, his regular season career high is 22 points. Whenever he's in the game Mitch should be in the game guarding him, I have the matchup data right in front of me, Mitch has defended him for 11 seconds in the series.
Duren has guarded Hart for 18 minutes, the second closest person has defended Hart for 8 minutes. Because when a perimeter player is on the floor that can't shoot, you make the other team pay for playing them. They have done that to us all series, we have not done that to them, Ausar is being guarded by Josh and Brunson, this moron is using the smallest player on the floor in the second most matchups to defend the most athletic player on the floor and wonders why they can't secure boards.

Thibs lost me when he said his subs are based of the other teams subs. We’re the 3rd seed in the east & 5th best team in the league, teams should be adjusting to us, not the other way around. This man is coaching scared and limiting our potential, while driving our starters into the dirt
I said it a few weeks ago that a Knicks' bench player can have 99 points, and all the other head coach from the opposing team would have to do make sure the Knicks player doesn't get 100 points would be the put their starter back in the game that plays at the same position, and Thibodeau would take out the player with 99 points and bring back in the starter.
Thibodeau makes no adjustments throughout games and all he does it let opposing teams dictate which Knicks player is on the court, since he only plays starters vs starters and bench vs bench.

I was thinking the same thing. Have Hart bring it up. It will help get Hart in rhythm & save energy for Brunson
I've been saying it all year. Stop leaving Brunson to have to fight bigger defenders in full court press all game game all season long. Thibs is a moron though.
Literally one of the cheapest defensive schemes out there. We know they're going to do it. Thibs still doesn't adjust.

I just want to know what the hell was that stretch of offense when team kept trying to feed Mitch and kept leading to a turnover or awkward shot. KAT doesn’t even get that many feeds close to basket in a quarter

If Knicks can manage to win game 6 the pistons will set a new record for longest home losing streak in NBA playoff history.

Re: PG - this is the opposite of fun
Our offense is watch Brunson bring the ball up against heavy pressure, cross halfcourt with 16sec left on the shot clock then we get one of 2 things
1. watch Brunson go iso until there’s 3-4sec left on the shot clock where he’ll either shoots a tough shot or make a pass into traffic that likely gets tipped
2. About 10 dribble handoffs on the perimeter until there’s 5 sec left on the shot clock and the ball hasn’t even been bounced inside the 3pt line yet
High school basketball coaches are more creative

Is the coaching equivalent of the McConnell thing – seizing up at a press conference with not being able to answer or speak for two minutes lol

As bad as Brunson and KAT played we can’t miss so many open looks from 3 from the other guys and expect to win games.

If you went through and checked the quarters I'm sure they've won more quarters than us, we just beat them in the 4th because of experience, except tonight.
Well we've won more games so hows the math mathing.
sham is right, I hope your compound is raided by the ATF tomorrow.
Cool with me. You would suffer more watching the rest of the playoffs than I would in jail.

World Wide Wob has lost me. After game 4 he said the team has proven we should never doubt their ability to execute again... Now he says this was one of our best games this series... I'm lost.
