Dame can be waived and stretched. We can use exceptions. We have a $7.2 million TPE.

Yes, I think Cleveland might give him away even though he's legit, because of their impending apron issues. I think the Thunder might do the same with Dieng for the same reason. He's less established than Wade, but remains a very intriguing prospect.
