I don't think we're dealing with a zodiac level cipher here. Just for fun I'm going to stick all these clues in AI and see what they come up with.

openai says dj johnson because the name is so close to lj/larry johnson
gemnini 2.5 pro Says it's Dane Jackson because of his close ties to Pennsylvania and Virginia, but I don't think he's on the roster anymore, I gave it a link to the roster and I'm making a try again. Nope it failed again this time it said Miles Sanders.
claude 3.7 says Its knowledge cutoff is 2024 so its useless. it guessed Bryce Young and that's definitely not the answer.

CONSISTANCY - while not equal too, what is consistancy to maintain to an athlete = PRACTICE
BRUSSEL SPROUTS - something many HATE = iverson hated = PRACTICE
THE NAME IVERSON - many equate with the word = PRACTICE
