I don't think they trust the front office either. That Kikuchi-Berrios wildcard fiasco in 2023 where it was clear Schneider was just a stooge following the FO orders killed a ton of this organization's credibility with players.

I can’t believe we’re wasting such a great season from Hoffman. The guy is an absolute monster. Clutch win though didn’t think they’d come back from 6-0.
