So I guess the LA Lakers won't get their 13th banner this year. Maybe next year.

Randle and Rudy destroyed the Lakers.

Who says big men are redundant in today's NBA ?

If the goal of the Lakers is just to sell Luka jerseys then mission accomplished.

Lakers not winning a championship with Luka.

Wolves were hunting the matchups and Luka was like a traffic cone on defense.

Lebron will be coming back next season, so it will be another 1st rnd exit.

I wonder what the alternate universe looks like where they kept Mark Williams instead of reneging on the trade?

Nico Harrison will get some relief now.

There's just no way Luka is worth 70m per year.

Hopefully the warriors lose soon as well.

Lakers might have won one more game to make it 2-4 instead of 1-4.

Why?

The best Finals will be GSW vs. Boston.

So we can make a 37 year old curry look like he’s 20.

Of all the teams left I want to see the clips and the warriors knocked out to ensure that Harden & Jimmy dont get rings, respectively. They both need that gap on their resumes to tarnish their legacies. Winning a title helps validate Harden's bs playstyle and Jimmy's overrated game, especially in the future when context gets lost in translation

Its like Dwight Howard winning a ring - he is a champion despite the fact he was a role player at best, its not on his resume despite the fact he wasnt even close to being top 2 on a title winning team

You're underestimating this current Celtics team.

It's 2025 now, not 2022.

These playoffs for me just went to another level of fun now that the Fakers are gone.

I know it's going to be swept under the rug (like his game 7 against Denver last year), because Gobert and Randle won the game for him, but for a guy that supposedly has that 'dog' in him, Edwards sure seems to be missing a killer instinct.

Who would give OKC a tougher series Clips or Nugs? No one on OKC can stop Jokic but Clips have better defenders (Kawhi) to throw at SGA. Tough call. I’ve never been a Harden fan and would like to see him eliminated.

Minni got a lot of criticism for trading for Gobert and trading away Towns but those trades looks pretty good right now. Randle and Dante bring a lot of toughness to the court and the pieces finally seem to fit together. They have an excellent shot in round 2 against either the warriors or the rockets. In contrast Celtics fans are rooting to see KAT in round 2 because his defense is so bad.

I enjoyed seeing him getting in LeBrons face this series. That has rarely happened over the years. Granted it’s easier to go at LeBron when he’s 40 and not 30 but still… nice to see. I hear what you’re saying tho. If Tatum put up that performance we’d hear how he’s carried by his teammates. None of that talk when it comes to Ant for whatever reason

It’s funny how they saw themselves as contenders. 40 yo Bron, defensive liability Luka and a bunch of scrubs. The better team (by a mile) won.
