Never. Things don't click out the freaking blue. Thibs did do some things to adjust and get KAT the ball, but it's a loose and half-assed operation, so they reverted back, as we basically knew they would.
Again, if he's sitting there forgetting to call timeout, and the assistance coaches are not managing it either, at least enough to get his attention, then what do you think is going on behind closed doors or in the overall management of the team?
It doesn't work like that. If you see obvious bad things that nobody is supposed to be able to see, but then we do, there are a lot of other bad things you can't see.
And this should be much different, not just a little bit. It should be a free-flowing offense with constant motion and passing, Brunson should play stretches of the game as a threat from the corners, and everybody and their mums should curl, curl, curl. We don’t even see a single clean high pick and roll between our two best players. Why? Because Hart can’t shoot, so they use him as a screener. It’s stupid.
