Heck of a series win! Who was that dude that did that Wolves prediction video before the series? He nailed exactly how this was going to go. Maybe the only one lol.

ARROOO just finished watching the game. Huge game from Rudy. Dude is just out here making me look wrong. Love it.

Don't know who we're playing next but I'll take it.

Wolves win even with what is almost certainly the worst shooting night they will have in the playoffs and the most lopsided foul calls they will see.

What a performance.

Beating the Lakers and Luka Doncic and exorcising those '03 and '04 demons is worth at least 3 first round picks by itself.

Rudy Rudy Rudy Rudy Rudy!

We know you've got this in you!
Part of what makes it so frustrating when he struggles.

Randle actually played really smart tonight and most of the series. He goes after Luka every time. Drive right at him for layups. Ant, on the other hand, is shooting 3s against Luka.

Would be more satisfying to beat the Warriors who are filled with the biggest jerks in the league but more painful if we lose too.

Warriors worry me more with all that experience, Houston is not ready to win at a high level this year and do not have enough playmaking in their backcourt to beat a good team in a playoff series.

The Wolves coaching staff seems to do much, much better in a playoff series environment than in the busy regular season schedule where this team does not execute a gameplan very well against teams it does not see very often.

When they have more time to gameplan and practice, perform much better.

A Rockets series might end in 5. I bet a Warriors series goes 6 or 7.

Feel to me a GSW series will be like playing the Lakers. Curry is mini Luka, Butler is mini LBJ, Green is Vanderbilt and they play small. HOU's big lineup with Adam/Sengun was beating them. I actually feel more confident with GSW than HOU because we are used to the style.

TNT crew sucks because of Shaq. And bringing on people like Draymoond. Let’s beat Curry and Jimmy who’s agent couldn’t do math.

The Towns trade looks like may actually work out for both teams. Randle is now playing like his all star years with NYK. His post up moved are working must better. I love that when Ant had nothing, he gave the ball to Randle to back down Luka for a post move. I am now seriously reconsidering keep Randle Instead of the KD trade.

Just watch in replay as was too busy today. 2 words: RUDY GOBERT ! What a game ! Winning without shooting 3 well is a fantastic achievement. We don't need ANT to score 30 every night to win. This team are dogs in defense.

I particularly happy for Rudy. He is a bit arrogant sometimes but give it all and deserve to win.
Happy for Julius, i did not like him a large part of the season but in this series, he was our best player.
Happy for Mike, who fight like a dog in defense, hit the clutch 3 at the end to give us a small gap, force a TO. Old Mike not done yet.

Proud of the team, if we keep the same intensity, we will be tough to beat.

ARod and Lore tried to give Rudy hugs as he rushed off the courts.

Maybe Gobert kept him name out of a Durant trade tonight?

Wolves sweep either.

Why not. :)

Cc Jaden McDaniels:

STOP HAND-FIGHTING. PLEASE.

He’s a great defender. He doesn’t need that BS. It’s much greater risk than reward.

He just ends up in foul trouble.

Just keep moving those feet and contesting shots.

That’s all we need on D from you and nothing more!

Again, for me the biggest difference between Wolves this season vs last season is the reduced turnover count offensively. They used to have atleast 4-5 braindead turnovers every game and now they have managed to limit it to just 1-2 per game which makes a big difference. It also helps in limiting the fastbreak opportunities for the opponent.

Lot of credit to Ant...he ended the series with just 6 turnovers which is insane for his usage rate and the different king of coverages & blitzes he faced. Ant has managed to get better as a playmaker and at the same time has limited some stupid turnovers he used to commit before.

Apparently wolves play with their food too. If we would have shot our season average % on 3s, and if Rui didn't have the game of his life, we would have won 159-80.
Rudy deserved that game. And Reddick may be canned for running those guys into the ground. Had there been a game 6, Lakers may have petitioned for a half court 3 on 3 game.
Here's to GS and Houston going 7 while brawling twice and leading to multiple suspensions! Cheers!
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

First, I can’t believe we won with the worst shooting performance I can remember from a Wolves team.

I’d also like to personally apologize to Randle and Rudy. I’ve been thinking about possible Randle trade possibilities all year, looking to upgrade our #2, and after the first three games, I was ready to send Rudy away in, essentially, a salary dump. They were the two best players tonight. Rudy absolutely dominated the Lakers small lineup and Randle has been consistently good all series. He was great in the fourth quarter tonight.
