How about a bag day in front of Fiserv one day this spring/summer?

Have some NBA highlights too:

As someone who’s watched that highlight a bunch, my favorite play is the pro hop and finish around Hartenstein.

There’s craft there.

Honestly, if you could find a way to get Reed while keeping Giannis, the 3pt spacing around Giannis with Reed, Trent, and Dairy would be ridiculous.

Find one more audacious shooter, and get a capable coach, and I think you’d just mow through teams.

Dream died with Dame's Achilles', sadly.

Hopefully Giannis is willing to wait one more year until we can trade Dame next offseason.

Dame might be traded at the deadline if he can come back in December and show a little something. The return won't be great, though. He was already slowing down. No shade, just age.

That said, I'd be pleasantly surprised if we see him back this calendar year.

Sorry, what? Dame is going to miss all of next year. You can bet your mortgage on that.

Bucks get: Castle/Green/ 2025 Suns 1st/2025 Spurs 1st/ Rockets 2028 1st / Rockets 2030 1st
Rockets get: Giannis
Spurs get: Sengun

I think the only path with Doc as the head coach is a situation where you turn Giannis into Flagg plus other assets, are waiting out the Dame and Kuz contracts, so you just let Doc coach a young team which is something he seems somehow okay at and the owners can avoid paying two coaches while you let Doc’s next two years expire then bring in a new coach after that.

He was actually decent coaching that young Clippers team and his best work during his Bucks tenure was first round last year with no Dame and no Giannis and he somehow kept them more competitive than this year with Giannis.

If you keep Giannis, Doc has to go.

If the Suns or Spurs win the lotto then yes, although if Spurs win the lotto they wouldn’t trade Flagg for Segun.

If not, I need those Rockets first to instead be the Suns firsts they have and even then I’d probably also want more sweetener like Eason.

So if I lose the bet, somebody else has to pay my mortgage?

How long did it take Bud to get fired? A week? If Doc isn't fired by next Tuesday we have to do something

Doc potentially kills our entire franchise. Nothing.

And this is considering he won a championship two years prior. Doc’s teams he coached haven’t seriously contended in ages.

It took a week for them to can Bud. I'll start getting seriously worried if we get through the weekend and Doc is still here.

Reassuring, but at the same time that seemed to be less obvious of a firing than this one

No. Start worrying now. It may help.

Interesting. Especially if those two picks both land in the top 3.

Thompson and Williams are not #1s and aren’t leading a team anywhere anyway so these teams being hesitant to moving them is just an instant skip, not worth any negotiation. Flagg at least has the hype of #1 pick but I’m not sure I see a top 10 player with him.

I’m not that desperate to want to suck again and pine for lottery picks, we likely won’t see another player like Giannis for a very long time.

Please tell me how Williams isn't a #1 guy?

He’s simply not that kind of shot creator, solid all around player but not elite at anything. I don’t believe he is James Harden. If OKC doesn’t win it’s probably going to be in part because he’s not an elite #2 so asking him to be the #1 is way too much.

Also Reed Sheppard seems like a total bust who will eventually be that scrub on the other team one day that we i explicably allow like 10 wide open 3s to for some reason

Future Boston Celtic probably

Doc not getting canned is depressing but I just think these fools are just totally out of ideas now

Don’t want to be paying another coach especially with Dame out I guess, it doesn’t matter if these idiots still want someone like Monty Williams or Mark Jackson which I think they just might.

If he doesn't leave this year then I think Giannis retires a Buck. This next season is going to be a completely lost season. No Dame, no trade assets from trading away Dame, still over the cap. Not many moves to make. Lopez probably walks. Bobby might walk. This is going to be the worst roster in the NBA if you take Giannis off of it barring a miracle move.

If he stays for that then he will stay for anything.

I also beleive NBA will not allow that scenario. They will not leave top 3 player in such a bad team. We will trade Giannis weather we like it or not IMO.

Listened to Lowe's thoughts.

- No path to winning with the roster as currently constructed
- No path to a Nets-style reclamation of assets unless
- You trade Giannis for a sh*t ton of stuff, then trade that stuff for your picks and swaps
- This is all up to Giannis and working with the Bucks on what he has to do

When you think about it in that way, it does open up a few more moves/teams.

Smart and honorable thing to do with Bud was to give him a leave of absence with the option to move into a front office role when he was sorted out mentally. They could’ve then gave Charles Lee a shot at coaching or given the gig to Atkinson to keep building on that spurs coaching tree culture here!

Stop with the Bud rehabilitation. No one in his family died this season that I'm aware of and he did a horrible job. These narrations that get repeated over and over as if they're the truth reminds me of politics.

Let's just agree that Doc is worse than Bud and let's get rid of Doc.
