Honestly I think his only issue is comfort level, I think he’s the kind of dude that once he’s in a comfortable situation he performs really good.

I maintain that the refereeing hurt the flow of the game for us. We won despite getting the shyt end of the stick in that category IMO.

I’d be interested in seeing a review of the calls made by our refs during this series.

If Thibs rose to the occasion re offensive play calling, I’d be happy. In particular with Towns.
But I’m not looking forward to trying to keep up with Boston using Jalen ISO.
We almost lost that series due to Thibs.

True re their reffing, they helped a worse team stay in the games by letting physical play fly.
Had Thibs coached well, it wouldn’t have mattered.

Agreed. When we actively utilise him properly, he’s been largely impressive.

i honestly dont think thibs goes anywhere. even if we get blown out 4 times straight. unless leon knows more than we do. a la spo wants to come (which i doubt) or any coach we are not thinking of right now. leon is not gonna hire a random guy and prays that it works. he has shown time and time again hes about relationships. so hes gonna hire someone that he knows, where he knows its the right coach for the team. malone for example is not gonna be a knicks coach under leon rose.

i know yall hate thibs by now and im not opposed of letting him walk either. hes an above average coach and hes got the team behind him (which is a luxury not all teams have). we are not gonna fire him without having a solid plan first. thats what i believe

Let me ask this real quick, if the refs continue to call ugly ass games does that benefit the Celtics or us? Personally I think that would help us a bit to muck it up so I expect the league to be ready on the whistle to really **** us over lol. Something tells me we aren’t going to “let them play” if Tatum gets in the paint.
