Expecting the refs to put a on much better show tonight after they failed to bring the Lakers to the second round. Formula is simple, give houston a 30 point lead as soon as possible and put atleast three warrior starters in foul trouble.

Let's be honest here, Warriors have this series in the bag.

Game 5 was the most flukiest game of the entire playoffs so far. Steph and Butler aren't worried. Since the Butler trade they've been one of the elite teams. They are a championship level team Trojan horsing as a 7th seed.

Then don't play him, otherwise STFU cos it's playoff basketball time.

Open season on everything and everybody. Only the strong survive!

Kerr said the way the game is officiated that's not a foul, and the League would have to change how they want to officiate it. Stephen Curry has not complained. Draymond, when specifically asked, said yes it's obvious but also that he is not going to complain and in fact has no respect for complainers.

So maybe the whiny-ass Rockets should be the ones to quit crying :dontknow:

The Rockets haven't whined about anything, and frankly neither have the Warriors. Stop being a salty fan. Most of the whining about officiating is coming from fans.

I lurk at the Rockets' ClutchFans board and they are constantly begging for foul calls and ejections and whining about the refs.

Has Draymond ever injured someone and knocked them out of a game, series, season? Maybe he has but I don't recall. Remind me.

On the other hand GPII was undercut under the hoop by Dillon Brooks in the 2022 playoffs causing him to break his elbow and miss five games (the fact that he came back after only five missed games shows how tough GPII is). Brooks was assessed a Flagrant two, ejected, and suspended for the play. Any fan of a team with Dillon Brooks calling another team's player dirty I'm sorry, pot meet kettle. I just hope Steph's thumb is OK. He hasn't shot as well recently and that IG pic of his thumb prior to last game... yikes!!

Wow, are you serious? I can’t believe a team specific website for hardcore fans has posters on it complaining about refs and the other team!! That’s shocking! I would never have expected that!

Get a grip dude, and maybe stop wasting time on other teams websites, you’ll never like what you see lol.

why would anyone wish for Steph to get injured? Are you really a fan of the game? Thats just plain stupid...root for your team to beat them at playing basketball but dont hope to injure their best player. Thats pathetic and embarrassing.

Twolves fan watching this game, just hope both teams slap each other silly like the three stooges? Could we get Brooks and Green suspended for game one?

For a sports superstar, Steph is a class act and genuinely seems like a good person to me. I doubt anyone seriously wishes him harm, it’s more taking any edge that comes your way. If a Rocket intentionally tried to injure him…or anyone…I’d personally lose a lot of respect for them. Bowen was my most despised player ever specifically because he used to do that all the time. But for example, as a Niners fan, when other teams were trying to take advantage of CMCs ribs, I thought that was just the way it goes, part of the game.

The only area I’d be of a different opinion involves brains/concussions…we have a lot of data that tells us that could literally end up killing the person, and no one should be aiming for someone’s head under any circumstances, so people trying to take advantage of recent concussions would imo cross a line.

If he’s hurt you have to attack it to win the game. You’re allowed to hit a shooters hand after the ball releases

Nah. Thats not in the spirit of the game. You are allowed to touch the hand in the process of contesting the shot. It was never meant as a permission to hammer his thumb when the ball is already gone. That is not a basketball play. If they have to resort to this its basically equivalent to admitting they cant beat them otherwise.

Ehhhh I can see both sides of this. Is it dirty? Maybe. Is it something teams will do? Absolutely.
