He’s in a lot better place now.

not going to crown him until he proves the playoff demons are behind him.

(still better than PG's own recent demons tho lol)

Harden has had some brutal playoff moments (unfortunately usually at the worst times), but his reputation as a playoff 'choker' is somewhat overblown. Kind of a backhanded compliment, but I'll take Harden in the playoffs over Embiid or George in a heartbeat. He had the mighty Warriors on the ropes carrying that Houston team, and put up 42 and 45 against the Celtics without Embiid in two incredible games before falling off the cliff. It's just that handful of big games are all anyone focuses on.

If Luka is a negative on defense then is Cade better than Luka?

That’s a good response after the other team’s GM rejected our trade offer of Paul George for their three first-round picks.

Lue is pulling from the Doc Rivers playbook, going small when the offense stalls, and now they’re getting torched. To be fair, the Nuggets caught fire and pulled away.

Well the Clippers had this series, but it's ovah now. Now I'm wondering is Houston just straight up smokes Golden State tomorrow.

DeAndre Jordan is only there to inflate Jokic’s +/- numbers right?

Thunder’s double big is gonna give Nuggets trouble. It’s designed to slow down Jokic.

NBA is gonna feast on the SGA vs Jokic showdown

We're witnessing a shift in eras as these older players who were superstars are now being phased out. Durant, Curry, LeBron, Kawhi, Harden...It's happening. Young guys are taking over. That's why it's so important that we keep and hit on this upcoming draft pick. Neither George or Embiid are going to carry this team moving forward. Maxey maybe, but he's going to need a running mate.

Game 7 James Harden strikes again.

I want to hear some Westbrook apologies from the podcasters after that game. He was everywhere defensively and was a huge reason they opened a double digit lead at half.

If Houston opens up a lead early, I’m betting Draymond does something reckless and gets himself booted by the 2nd quarter.

Harden was awful and invisible last night, but that loss had to do with a lot more than him. The Clippers just fell apart defensively in the 2nd and 3rd, and Denver became the champion version of themselves for one night, anyway.

My hot take is I love Westbrook even with all his flaws. He puts forth such an absurd effort every game which is refreshing, especially as a Sixer fan. Would love to see him win one, but that’s at odds with me wanting Denver to lose.

I used to love him in the early Thunder days when he was at his athletic prime and the league wasn't as hyper focused on shooting. It might partially be because of the stuff with Embiid, but nah, f that dude. Egomaniac, mediocre bench guard.

I hope the Thunder also correctly choose not the guard him from 3, the numbers normalize, and then he spends all of his media time doing his irrational "how dare you disrespect me" stuff, making it all about him as his team goes down.

I feel for Harden; he can't seem to put it together when it matters. From most accounts, he seems like a great teammate and is obviously an all-time great. If he never wins a chip, he'll go down as one of the 3-4 best players to never do it, along with Mailman, CP3, and Chuck.

I find it a lot harder to sympathize with Westbrook. He's using this opportunity to boast, but he's really the 5th or 6th most important piece on that Denver team. He's nowhere near the spotlight right now without Joker. At least with Harden, one can argue he's been the biggest part of why the Clippers exceeded expectations this year.
