Of course all our wants don’t matter if Ballmer is happy with the treadmill result.

Unfortunately since we are one of the most overachieving team in the league this year, Lawrence Frank and Ty Lue's jobs are safe and sound. Lawrence Frank will easily convince Ballmer with a healthy Kawhi next year, along with a few minor tweaks, we'll be contending again.

Brutal loss. Not even competitive. Started missing everything even the bunny shots and then a total defensive collapse. Not sure if there is an answer despite a solid season leading in. Harden has aged and Kawhi wasn’t that effective when it came right down to it. I think the perimeter shooting just isn’t there to space the floor and it even allowed a paint collapse to take the pick n roll game away.

Coaching change is nice and all, but what's the goal for this team? Coaching change is just putting a bandaid on the situation as the real issue is a roster that isn't strong enough.

We need a new coaching staff, front office and roster. But other than that, we're in great shape!

I agree there won't be a overhaul, barring some undeniably good move. Anyone expecting that probably will be disappointed.

I still want to see a hybrid big be added who can space, board some, versatile defender. A guy like Jalen Smith would be pretty good fit on this team next to Zubac.

...Or Ben Simmons finally starts to shoot 3s decently :P

But meh. Not expecting too much this offseason.

This was always the strategy. Winning 50 games and a decent showing in the playoffs for the opening of the Ballmerdome was the absolute ceiling. Did anyone think otherwise?

Picked to finish #13 in the West and finished as the 5th seed. 50 wins, it was a good season.

Harden, Kawhi, Norm, and Zu laid down. Either gassed, disinterested, or both. Dunn and Simmons both unplayable. Rest of the guys are whatever. Laid a massive egg.

Next season: They're going to run it back with Harden, Kawhi, and Zu, but get a f*cking point guard. Stop bullsh*ting! Can't just be the "Harden System" and that's it on offense. Get a younger guard so we can go uptempo when the time calls for it and it also eliminates Harden playing 40 minutes and wearing down. Attach Norm to the 30th pick and move up in the draft. Much love to Norm, hell of a season, but his game doesn't translate to the post season. And yeah I'll say it again. Dumping KPJ and "star chasing" names in Ben Simmons was dumb and idiotic but typical of this front office. Mann is a much better post season performer than Bogdan, but whatever.

Play the f*cking kids. For the love of god cut the bullsh*t! Kobe was ready to contribute but of course we're supposed to believe in Ben Simmons and that bullsh*t move. He was unplayable! Since our draft cupboards are nearly empty, see what's up with Kobe Brown, Cam Christie, Trentyn Flowers, Pat Baldwin, and the 1st round pick we have. See if Reed Shepard can be had from Houston since he's riding the pine and they have no minutes for him whatsoever. Nice band-aid transition season, and we have a solid backbone, but start developing. Have some balls for a change and cut the shortcuts out.

They need to move on from Lue. Shaw or JVG would very likely have won game 1 or 4 and also the series. Lue is too slow to make adjustments and he doesn’t motivate them properly. Adam Ausland is totally correct

Kawhi looked like an ordinary player except for maybe a game or two. He's no longer that superstar that could put the team on his back. He looked like a good role player. A second choice on scoring kind of a guy. Something's got to change.

I can’t believe I gave him props for leading this team.

He's not a leader. He's the star that backs up the leader with stellar play. Kyle Lowery was the leader and spark plug in Toronto. Parker, Ginobli, and Duncan in San Antonio. Harden, Zu, and Norm are firey guys either, so we're lacking big time in that department.

So disappointing.

Denver is a great team and all of their starters won a ring two years ago. If we could have beat them, then I liked out chances in the next series. Unfortunately, their top 6 players all stepped up and most of ours didn't.

We will see what the team does. I think they have to move on from Harden. Kawhi isn't going anywhere.
We still have some very good players on the roster, but we need to get more length.

I’d keep Kawhi & Zu for sure. Kawhi doesn’t have to be game 2 Kawhi to be an elite playing asset for the team. Zu is irreplaceable.

Definitely would give Kobe & Christie way more playing time. Not sure about Miller but I wouldn’t mind seeing more.

Norm proved that he is capable of a great regular season. Also that he disappears completely when it matters. Gotta go.

Harden is Harden. An amazing player sometimes. Oftentimes. But also gone when it matters most.

Would ride with Batum till he’s 50!

DJJ & Dunn are good role players. Great at some things and average at others.

I didn’t mind Simmons. Low expectations but he’s not nothing.

Not sure how we move the pieces around but it was a fun season to be a part of. Let’s get better!

Of course many of us did. They carried a tremendous momentum into the playoffs. There were one of the hottest teams heading into the playoffs. Denver was heading in the wrong direction with their coach being fired.
Lue didn't do a good job and he was clearly outcoached. It's on the players also. There were games where Harden just wasn't in it. Kawhi should have been more aggressive. We also got hurt by Bogi. Lot to unpack here bro.

I do have a feeling a team that feels they could contend and are like one vet piece away might inquire about Kawhi. Teams like the Spurs, Pistons, Rockets, Magic or something of that nature. Some of these teams are stacked with kids and are in need of that one star vet player to even them out.
