Lue always get his team to perform to greater than the sum of their parts. The clippers won 50 games this year with Kawhi only playing 37 games.

Doc consistently gets his team to perform WORSE than the sum of their parts

How did Lue wasted their primes? Did he assaulted them with a wrench Moe Szyslak style, any time they had to be in the playoffs? Was that the reason these guys were unavailable to even play in their supposed ''prime''? I didn't know you being injured all the time counts as prime of any sort.

This. The Clippers had some pretty stacked rosters when Rivers was their coach and he just s*hit the bed over and over.

The Clippers massively overperformed compared to their preseason over/under and won 50 games in a brutal Western Conference with Kawhi playing less than half of them. That alone exceeds any coaching job Doc Rivers ever delivered, maybe sans one of his early Orlando days. What are we talking about here?

Doc got 48 wins from his 18-19 team

Lue never had a playoffs with both George and Kawhi healthy, so yea, other poster is uninformed.

Lue is a good coach. But he should’ve got his team to the 2nd round. They are more talented than the Nuggets.
