I always assumed it was about his first child.

I know in my life....there is no way I'd ever agree to work in a different country than where my baby's mother lives. In fact....i made sure i never lived more than a few city blocks away from her. Obviously as a rich person you could afford more distance than that. But a different country or coast? You are gonna be a stranger to that child.

It's different if you aren't estranged from the mother because she will travel with you.

It's just one year more year away if he were to run it back. He could have left the year after. No harm done.

Again you’re projecting your perspective on him.

Saltics might win back to back tbh.. they have the core that's played together consistently and also stacked and veteran team. We'll see.

What exactly are you referring to? This is about kawhis choice. Someone said it was a lose for kawhi and his legacy. And my argument is that maybe kawhi doesn’t give a **** about his “legacy” in the Same way others perceive it and he’s just happy to be able to play in LA because of his own personal reasons. Explain to me what’s wrong about that.

And your point is?

Look where this this little exchange is taking place. I don't see Kawhi or Uncle Dennis lurking around here so as followers of basketball and the Raptors...all we can do is speculate and project. The only one that could ever tell us Kawhi's true intentions is Kawhi himself. Pretty sure the real Kawhi Leonard isn't about to chime in.

This place is called **** RealGM. Are any of us actually real GMs (shout out to Bobby Webster if you are actually lurking around here lol)? OFC NOT.

All we spend our time around here doing is projecting our perspectives on to actual NBA GMs, coaches, players, scouts and senior executives. And you choose my post to break the 4th wall? Guess what...I just did it for you.

Not sure if you have been living under a rock for the past 20 years but 90% of the posts here are projection onto someone else. That is the fun in being a fan.

Hyped for that game tonight. At this point, who knows what they get from streaky Fred. He has, to his credit, been absolutely great with his shot the past three games, but we know he could always just as easily swing the other way. I do hope the rockets win out as I think they have more way potential to be a dark horse champion compared to GSW who would get destroyed by the Wolves next round.

Is jrue injured or smth. They look like the pre championship Saltics, without him. Makes a huge difference, he's their Kyle Lowry.

dare I say the pacers are a serious team. they were missing mathurin entirely last playoffs and hali was beat up. if they stay healthy they can beat anyone if they get on a good run here with hali and siakam. they have the depth too. just a matter if they can defend because they can score with anyone.

such a wide open lane for any team, i could easily see a route where we get a pacers-rockets final. which would prob make stern roll in this grave at the thought.

Nembhard is their best offensive player imo. When he’s on the Pacers are so dominant.

If Garland is missing additional time...the Pacers have an edge. Even with Garland though...the Garland/Mitchell backcourt is very undersized compared to Nembhard/Haliburton.

Indy has a chance to upset....

Love the way Indy has built the team.

Did it without bottoming out too.

Well...they did try to bottom out for 2 years and ended up with Mathurin at #6 and Walker at #8...and they did miss the playoffs that other year and took Chris Duarte at #13..
