I thought they were young and athletic. The Warriors are the oldest team in the playoffs.

The difference is Warriors have players that can put the ball through a hoop. Rockets are still young and inexperienced. Tonight if Buddy Hield didn’t show up for 30+ and 8’s maybe the Rockets have a chance to steal game 7.

Yeah I don't want Lauri. I want half of what Utah got in this scenario

Give me Lauri, Whitmore or Eason, and 1st. For KD. I would take that

I still don't want Lauri but this is better than just Lauri and filler

Jalen Green is young, it's his first playoffs so he certainly can improve but I just never thought that highly of him and his 1 good game out of 7 is probably even worse than the baseline I had set for him.

The most logical happened in HOU GSW game though didn't expect Rockets to look so bad on offense. Under 80 with 1-2 min left. They can use a KD. We can use our lottery picks.

Twolves in 6, OKC in 5, Cavs in 7 & Celtics in 5 is my prediction. What are your predictions for next round of playoffs?

I only agree with the part about the potential "haul" in any trade. But I think that is only because of his age and probability of not re-signing if he believes it will decimate his new team.

Actually, his shooting efficiency has been higher with Brooklyn and Phoenix than it was with his good teams, GS and OKC. "BBall Ref". lists him averaging 29PPG with Brooklyn, 27.4 with OKC, 26.8 with the Suns, and 25.8 with GS. In playoff games he was 32.3PPG with Brooklyn, 29.6 with GS, 28.8 with OKC, and 28.4 with the Suns. Certainly one can assume a drop at his age, but it has not yet been evidenced. For perspective, "Land of Basketball.com" lists him as number one in Suns history for PPG in seasons and playoffs.

He has proven to be consistently exceptional IMO. I think we should not equate his value with team performance. I have less of a problem with those guessing at his longevity however.

Well, in this case we have an agreement, the why is not all that important for the most probable result for the Suns. Vastly overpaid 2 years ago, now will be underpaid without result - rightfully so.

Never understood the lovefest and fascination with that chucker. Poor mans Steve Francis. Rockets tried to trade him for loooong, and then only gave him this contract b/c they gave a contract to Sengun, and its better than letting him walk away. In reality it will work, b/c a stupid gm will look at the age and (some of the) counting stats and will overpay on "potential" instead of reading the book on him and staying away.

What about this three team deal:
Suns get -
Nicolas Claxton
Cam Johnson
Suns 2025 1st (9th pick)

Nets get -
Jalen Green
Reed Sheppard
Jock Landale

Rockets get -
Kevin Durant

Suns would have:
Booker
Beal
Dunn
Cam Jo
Claxton

Grayson Allen, Royce O'Neal, Nick Richards, Oso, Gil,

along with the 9th pick, 29th pick. Maybe Beal plays better as 2nd option, and overall Suns look a lot more balanced.

Sounds like they could use someone with some experience. Someone who can score from all over and is over 7 feet tall...

I have no interest in Jalen Green. Guy’s a headcase doing weird **** like the below video and his basketball skills aren’t close to even making up for it either.

I just hope we don't get "sold" on Green in lieu of picks or other young players

I still don't think Houston is giving up on Reed to get a 37yo KD, even though they could really use him. I'd prefer to get Reed if he was on the move though

This was about the best case scenario for us. The only ppl that should be happier now than warriors fans is Suns fans.

Rockets took them to a game 7.....then promptly just could not score the ball. The game was too big and their kids finally played like kids. FTR I'm not talking about Amen and Sengun as they were never gonna be traded for Durant. The others tho....not so Bueno.

They have Durant and they "probably" win that game and it most likely wouldn't have come down a game 7 as if they had him, they would've won earlier.

Our pick are most definitely in play. Plus other stuff.
