The Rockets are a good defense but i was surprised how ugly they made the Warriors look as well. In comparison Minny will be a breaty of fresh air. Or did Hou showcase the gameplan to slow them down

Agreed 100% but Houston was able to muck up the game and bring Houston to their level. I have Minny in the series but GS will look more like themselves overall

I don't see how the Warriors can beat the Wolves unless Steph goes nuclear or Playoff Jimmy shows up (or maybe both will be needed). Minny is a very good defensive team and unlike Houston, they can score too.

Pretty sure GS won't be able to get away with the Curry/Podz/Heild PG/SG/SF lineup for big minutes against the Wolves. Figure 2 on the court at any time with Payton/Moodey/Butler at SF guarding Edwards.

Will still likely be trying to hide someone defensively on McDaniels. If he can abuse them it will be a major problem. If he's passive or missing a lot GS probably wins.

This is the first series where I am more interested in the defensive side than the offensive side.

Dray hates Gobert with a passion and IMO this is a legacy series for both as they are considered to be two of the best defensive players in this generation

Kerr can't go small against Minnesota. I look for Looney and Draymond to be on the floor together a lot this series. Trace Jackson-Davis may end up out there at some point too. Randle vrs Green is as nasty as it gets. Minnesota is very physical.

The Wolves’ defense is comparable to that of the Rockets. But this time, the Warriors will be facing an offense very much different and infinitely better.

i don’t think they have a choice. Kerr is stubborn too so they will stick with that small ball majority of the time.

I got Twolves in 6. Perhaps I'm overthinking it but I do believe age is going to catch up to the Warriors at some point in the playoffs. Could see it happening here
