Maxey and McCain (or Grimes) next season

Two guys with goofy ass jumpers. Loved Nembhard in college and was hoping we'd grab him in the second round. Always take a chance on the 6'4+ point guards with excellent shooting splits and who play great defense.

Am I the only one who couldn't care less about these entire playoffs?

I think they are super interesting, quite a few teams are realistic contenders or potential dark horses. Much better than those years when the Cavs dominated in the East and Warriors in the West and you knew Warriors were going to win it all - that was ultra boring to me.

Rockets need to stop drafting at the top of the draft. Jalen Green (#2), Jabari Smith (#3), and Reed Sheppard (#3) are all dead weight right now (I'll give Reed the benefit of the doubt since he's a rookie). While Alperen Senguin (#16) and Tari Eason (#17) have played well above their draft stock.

I suppose Amen Thompson has broken out, so they aren't complete trash at the top.

That's because the assumption is the Celtics will repeat. It will get my attention if they lose.

Like the Celtics last year, it would be an all-time letdown if the Thunder don't win it all this year. Their win percentage and advanced metrics align with some of the best past champions.

Celtics vs. Knicks is wonderful knowing one has to lose.

Really sucks to have to root for the Knicks, but they are the lesser evil here, I suppose - but barely. Two noxious fan bases.

It's a tough call. I have begrudgingly have a lot of respect for the C's organization that any success they have is a shoulder shrug at this point.

After 20 plus years of no playoff relevance Knicks fans were embarrassingly cocky and celebrating a first round win like they won a title. A part of me wants Boston to stuff them in a locker and then hope someone from the West can ultimately win.

I don't care who wins, haven't watched a game so far. The NBA has long been rigged and it's a bad product. When Silver is out as commish maybe that changes things. If that ever happens.

I'm rooting for New York, but I don't see them lasting six games with Boston.

Yes, it’s rigged, which means you have to be so good that you can win despite the rigging. Refs can only influence the game to a certain extent. Great teams know how to adjust and pace themselves based on how the game is being called.

Level 1: shoot open shots
Level 2: create separation
Level 3: shoot over defenders

Brunson is level 2 and Tatum is level 3.

Can't argue a bit regarding Knicks fans, and it's true that this Celtics team winning again is almost ho-hum at this point. I changed my mind, it would probably be worse if the Knicks won again.
