he went small for 2 minutes and we got killed and then we got killed again during those precious minutes. mitch was only -3 at halftime. it was the minutes without him or kat that made things start going bad.

Even if that was true and maybe they nodded off at the wheel when they went up 20 you’d think going into overtime might be a warning sign they should flip the switch and start trying again
Besides 20 is nothing in the modern nba, if that’s their mentality they have some problems
I’d say the consensus opinion is clearly that as the champions the Celtics are still better team and will bounce back and win the series but I don’t see the Knicks rolling over and dying without a fight either these guys have too much pride. Win or lose just fight that’s all I can ask

Future Knick needs:
Some guy 6'7 or taller who can play defense and hit some 3's to give the Knicks a different look than Hart. Could be starter, could be bench
A center who plays like Mitch used to on defense, can hit a 10 foot jumper or jump hook.
A backup PG who can play PG.
These might come from internal development, but they might need to get a stop gap vet or two until then or if that doesn't happen
