We could plan on that but if towns gets in foul trouble it can throw the plan off. Precious might end up playing again at some point and hopefully it’s not as disastrous as you’d expect next time

Let Precious play regardless. I think his hustle will pay off.

KAT has got to be smarter tho. Hands up and do not lean into anyone. I don't care if someone makes a lay up, we need him on the floor.

The reason Precious doesn't play is because he hasn't proven to be effective in short spurts. The guy needs like 20+ mins to find his rhythm in a game, but is usually a disaster with only 5 mins.

He can help in the switch scheme defense, but he needs to prove he can lock in immediately, because he takes a lot off the table otherwise.

I do agree...it does take him time to get into rhythm and that really isn't something we can afford. KAT is someone that fouls a lot so we certainly need a plan how to attack those minutes late in qtrs if we aren't going to be playing mitch and we are in the bonus.

I appreciate you fam. You and raja helped get my mind right yesterday. I was kicking bricks out of the patio leading up to this series!! As ugly as that win was, I'm back in it with my team!! I went in rooting and I didn't quit down 20. I was almost ready to call it a night with 5 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter. I couldn't let my Celtics fan nephew see me give up!! All grit no quit!! Looks like the ECF is back on the menu boys!! Let's eat!!

Ummm you were giving me a hard time yesterday! It's what got me out of the big sulk I was in!!

Seriously...we have a punchers chance. I'm here for it because we can go metal bats if we have to and, pull off the upset. Winning game one on the road is as huge as it gets! 78% chance we are in the ECF if history holds up. I gave us no chance leading up to this game.

Mazzulla had 4 victories to plan his gameplan around, just went with what worked. He basically followed the script.

Thibs flipped the script on its head.

It's really funny that the Celtics were complaining that game 1 was overly physical. That was an early regular season game for us, especially after Detroit

The Knicks want to play a more finesse game, but like Hart said, we can still carry a big stick when needed. We'll find out if Boston has that gear.

The Magic tested them physically, but the Magic don't have the talent to back it up. We have the 1-2 punch If we're playing with focus and purpose.

just keep the game close...there shot selection goes to **** in close games...we have the best closer in the sport. That is our advantage. They want to bomb 3's and blow teams outs...they don't want to get into a 1-2 possession game with under 5 mins to go.

KAT is the x-factor in this series. The other 5 starters have raised their intensity and level of play in these playoffs. KAT has been on and off so far. He's got to find his lane and maybe that's just hitting open 3's, the occasional post-up, acting as a decoy, and then killing them on the offensive boards. Maybe that's all he needs to focus on while playing competent defense and we can win this thing.

Come on, KAT... rise to the occasion.
