People here underestimate the Knicks and the pick up of KAT and Bridges. Those were huge additions. I wanted KAT a few years ago for us.
Besides all that, Brown is playing with a bad knee and Jrue with a bad hamstring. Not to mention that Jrue and Al were not as good this season compared to last.
Boston's luck ran out.

I don't think it's luck related. They chose to keep playing brown at the end of the year, despite him having a banged up knee.
Jrue was given some rest throughout the year, but certainly at his age, they could have expanded the rotation and gave him more.
That is not, but decisions made by our coach. That at this time is looking like it backfired.

Just like in game one joe makes zero adjustments at all..

This is the time to unleash. As much as I try to like Joe, I dislike any Celtics coach that gives up big playoff leads at home. Especially in two consecutive games. If Brad doesn't bring in a head new coach, it will be hard for me to be emotional invested in this team. This team also needs a legit big man. KP couldn't be counted on. Kornet is a decent back up that isn't strong enough to battle and Al is going probably done.

Trash basketball. Brunson has outplayed tatum think about that. I been saying it all year on this board and people thought i was crazy. They’re very one dimensional. It seems like they’re prone to make two point shots.
If we go quietly i wanna see drastic changes on this roster. This is pathetic. The Knicks have done nothing special here but keep it close and wait for the Celtics to self destruct and they make their shots in the end.
