Nooo that’s on Tatum!!!! That’s all he knows how to do.

Yup that’s on Tatum. Drive that **** and dunk it for a sure two. Worse, you lob it to horf for an easy dunk. Tatum is nothing but a dumb chucker. That pic shows it all.

I think he gets rattled too easy.

It’s been a problem with him dating back to the 2022 playoffs.

Teams pressure him and he resorts to fadeaway and stupid 3s.

The poised Tatum of the regular season dunks that or drives and dumps it to Horford.

The rattled Tatum feels the need to shoot the 3 because he’s missed a heap and he’s “due” despite it not being the right play at all.

Lol it’s just the facts my guy. There is no “game on” other than on the planet delusia. Fans lie, numbers don’t.

Celtics were like a 98% chance of winning both games 1 and 2 halfway through the third, according to stats.

Not saying we’re necessarily a shoe in to win the next game or two but just saying all that matters is what the players actually do.

Not what some computer model spits out.

A banged up Celtics team isn't good enough to beat a Knicks team. Their hearts gotten taken away from them 2 games in a row.
People seem to not give a **** about Brown playing on 1 leg and Jrue showing his age all season and now playing with a bad hamstring.

I love Al, but if when have Al as your starting center at nearly 39 years of age, with a hurt Brown and Jrue and a choking Tatum and Joe, it's over.

I’m not talking about criticism, he deserves that amongst others, I think everybody on here knows what’s too far. Why can’t it just be basketball? Why does it have to be the worst things you can get away with on here? I’m not even sure if some of it is within rules, but I know it’s not right!

Why does he deserve to be called a superstar when he has shrunk in arguably the last 4 playoffs?

He was pathetic in the 2022 finals. Led a pathetic collapse to an 8 seed in 2023.

Last playoffs he was garbage in the finals scoring wise.

This playoffs he’s shooting like 29% against the Knicks.

A superstar would will his team to victory in these games. The Celtics had no right losing games at home they led by 20 points in the third.

Cs were down 0-2 against Miami in 2020 and Cs were able to reach a Game 6.

The stat geeks will tell you Cs, most of the time, lose when they shoot 30% or lower from 3pt land.

So just win Game 3 and we will start to see a different series.

There is now immense pressure on the Knicks to close this out.

The Cs can play loose now because a lot of fans are not expecting them to win this series anymore.

At this time I will try to remain calm like a bomb. But I do remember all the **** posters who always attacked me about joe.

And I do remember the thread that said, the disrespect to joe must stop.

I do recall all the green teamers who keep defending somebody that is clearly an inferior coach.

He literally cannot overcome against someone with equal talent. In fact, if he doesn't have a major talent advantage he sucks as much as any coach I have seen.

This is the time to unleash. As much as I try to like Joe, I dislike any Celtics coach that gives up big playoff leads at home. Especially in two consecutive games. If Brad doesn't bring in a head new coach, it will be hard for me to be emotional invested in this team. This team also needs a legit big man. KP couldn't be counted on. Kornet is a decent back up that isn't strong enough to battle and Al is going probably done.

Yup not really looking forward to next season, when you know all this team would do is jack up 3’s. JT is no alpha. Trade KP and Jaylen for Giannis.

Those people are not emotionally vested with this team. They are just freely speaking their minds..

And yes, the players have to take some responsibility for that, but make no mistake. The head coach is the director of the team. It is he who instills basketball, I q or not..

If our head coach is the limited one, it is kind of hard to expect. Much better from the players.

I remembered saying on this board this team has a low iq lol. I don’t know why when they have a lead they resort to a shoot a 3. Why not a high percentage shot from inside the 3? 25 from 100 the first two games is unheard off and atrocious. I think you would agree with me that the knicks have done their best to stick around and wait for the Celtics to gag in the end. Never in a million years did i think they would do it twice . 84-68 lead with 8:40 left. This group is so unlikeable. They’re indeed dumb as rocks.

They look confused about losing, but the passion is missing. They look like they are concerned, but I don’t see any confidence. They look shook. Postgame looks like someone passed, not an hint of energy or fight to be seen.

I don’t know that I’m getting that they believe they can win from these answers and faces.

84-68 with 8:40 left. There’s not excuse to not finish that game . All you have to do is make some shots.

Since we jack up 3’s non stop, there’s no chance for any offensive rebounds. No pressure for the other team to defend. Also, JT is so easy to guard. Just push him bump him, then he would lose the ball or jack up a side step 3. Definition of SOFTie.

MSG is gonna be loud on Saturday. This team will have to weather the storm early. Either way they need to treat it as a game 7 because no way in hell are they gonna come back from an 0-3 deficit. Celtics have gagged this series in my opinion than the knicks winning it. It’s the truth.

He’s been a midget mentally. He shot that because he wanted to redeem himself. Even if he made that shot, it would have still been a bad shot, knowing you have a free lane for a sure dunk. That’s just low bbiq.

A Celtics superstar is Larry Bird.

There ain’t a chance in hell they lose either of those games with Larry out there instead of Tatum.

He would have lived on the FT line. He would have crashed the offence glass. He wouldn’t made dumb turnovers. He would have had poise.

The last time I felt good about Tatum in the playoffs was the 2020 bubble.

Idk if Tatum has great footspeed but he can post up and try and develop a fadeaway shot or something. He takes some horrible shots but these horrific shooting percentages clearly hurt him as player.

G'day blokes,

Watched the game from Straya.

The Knicks should be getting the brooms out. Celtics shoot 3's. They don't do much else well.

Knicks in 5.

See ya blokes.

I’m just pointing out what a superstar does.

The superstars of the league like SGA, Jokic etc aren’t blowing consecutive games at home like that with two of the most disgusting performances you’ll see.

Like seriously. I don’t think I’ve ever seen two worse games from Tatum.

Any idea if he spoke to the media afterwards? He’s a one trick pony. Why not try and develop a post up game . Kobe late in his career when to the fadeaway just like Michael.
