Tom Thibodeau has his players focused and on the winning path to success. Plenty of Realgmers owe Coach an apology and Bridges is focusing on other sreas of his game since he's shooting 20%. Bridges staying silent helps.

Only if they come back to force a game 7 and **** the bed at home again. Don't put it past them. I would bet $100 on that right now if they had odds on that scenario

Knicks only need win 2 of the next 5, with 3 at home. Celtics have to feel defeated after blowing two 20+ point leads. Can it happen sure, but the odds are not in their favor.

I'm surprised they blew homecourt.

Why would they play better in New York and the Knicks worse?

on the bright side, if the Knicks win this will hopefully stop this 3pt nonsense dead in it's tracks

Yeah, there is an issue where Joe isn't reading the room/momentum/situation. I know they won last year slinging the 3, but it's obvious when the team looks a bit tight and is likely to continue to whiff. That's when a good coach gets a bunch of close range shots to stop the bleeding.

Also has to go on the players too, but the coach should set the tone.

yawn. I love how Joe got none of the credit when they won and gets most of the blame when they lose. Is it Joe's fault the Jays are mental midgets? Or Holiday inexplicably forgot to defend against Brunson on that final possession? Or that Jaylen Brown didn't go after that rebound that led to the three? Or that his team forgot to shoot? Do you these geniuses think Joe is asking them to play like crap and could do anything to prevent it? Players have to play. Coaching doesn't matter in the NBA.

Holiday struggling to guard Brunson shouldn't have been news to Joe. And he's the one telling them that these rushed 3s are good shots. You can't absolve the coach when a team is playing as dumb as Boston is.

I said before I was rooting for the Knicks but didn't like their chances. Winning 2-0, going back to New York, I put the odds at about 50/50

It is not the Knicks defense. They are chucking threes all game and missing them.

Dude, just stop now. They shot 40 3's, almost 10 below their season average. Yes, they shot a low percentage, and the Knicks had to do with that.

Nope. They are missing wide open shots. Knicks are packing the paint. That is about it.

Disgusting and to lose two home games to soft, fake ass team like the Knicks. This was coming after losing 13 home games this regular season where almost all the games they were up by 20. Losing a series to Knicks means you were never serious about the repeat.

Mazzoula made the team disgusting 3 ball addicts, i miss Ime......

This serious? You watching what OG and Bridges are doing to their 2 top guns? Before tonight OG held whoever he was defending to 2/17
