You can count me in the, "I barely got any work today" club, too.

I have my earbuds on now and even the music I normally listen to just sounds better and the notes and beats just flow differently. My YouTube recommendations all look fantastic. And this energy I'm feeling, is close to what I was feeling back in '99. I'm still super cautiously optimistic, but it feels so much better than being hopelessly optimistic.

Let the good vibes continue. This team has me almost wanting to dance and look like a fool at the office right now.

he's been consistently doing what we need him to. it's bigger than the box score.

KAT provides elite spacing even when he's not producing.

Some of us here take it for granted, but it's immensely valuable to the Knicks offense. Constantly so.

Only 4 or 5 other bigs in the NBA have that level of gravity on the perimeter.

Just look how much space Brunson has when KAT's on the perimeter. Teams are scared of his shooting.

he's got gravity on the glass and they have to collapse the paint to stop him inside.

at the guard hour build out front the big bodega today we discussed how when he's not getting the numbers he's part of the opportunity for another teammate.

we win on team stats. KAT has died to himself to do what we need.

Same thing happened to me last night as game 1! I don't understand why Max doesn't have the option to watch a replay or be able to continue watching where you left off. I switched from my phone to my tv when there was like 4 minutes left or so and it was like 10pm roughly so the game was over by then but I didn't have the option to even find the game anymore on MAX, just the OKC Denver game. Anyone else have this issue that doesn't have cable and has Fubo (which doesn't have TNT) or some other streaming service? I can't watch games live bc I have 3 kids (4, 3 and 2... God help me).

Anyway what a game! I ended up watching the final 2 min on youtube. I can't believe this. To come back from 20 down on the road once is special. To do it twice? Unbelievable. This team is TOUGH. What picks? Bridges has stepped up when we needed him throughout these playoffs, even more so in these last 2 games. This is FAR from over tho. Don't touch the money. I just pray they continue this momentum to home where they have been disappointing to an extent. Defend your homecourt and take over this series! Let's GO!
Make the Knicks great again!

Yea, Game 1 was the most important and Game 2 was a must win. At this point, every game is a must win. When you got a dangerous team like this, you can’t give them any hope.

Like a killer in a horror movie, you don’t just stab him once or twice and walk away thinking he’s dead, you gotta go buck wild on em to make sure he ain’t getting up again.

Don’t you love Thibs spree??? :D

Told u switching was the way! Happy he made that key adjustment.

It’s like a boxer getting beat down for the first 10 rounds, only to come out during the championship rounds as a southpaw… it totally threw them off.

Thibs with that late game checkmate on Mazz n his chess guru, with the Mitch/OG sub, getting them 1 closer to the bonus was masterclass too.

The switching hasn’t been something that has worked. Celtics still keep getting wide open looks and they have built up 20+ leads in back to back games. It’s the emphasis on protecting the paint, living with their 3 point chucking and then just extra effort from individual players when it comes to moving their feet, deflecting passes, digging and stripping the ball, contesting shots on their drives, etc. which has helped us in the comebacks

KAT and Mitch have overall been very good in these two games when they do a straight switch onto JB/Tatum. Burned sometimes, sure, but mostly good outcomes for us. We should absolutely continue to switch. It's when we get caught in a drop or are late on our switch that we have gotten consistently burned.

A lot of these are wide open and I think Celtics are leaders in wide open 3s point attempts in the playoffs. But there are times where we have just made extra effort and just done an excellent job in getting through the screen, communicating, running out to contest, stripping the ball on their drives, blocking or contesting their attempts in the paint.

OG has been an incredible disrupter. I don’t know how many times he poked the ball away from Tatum and Brown when they tried to drive

It’s been a mix of good bad and ugly. We aren’t exactly committed to the switch, we sometimes do and sometimes don’t. But the communication has looked to be better and guys are doing a better job of knowing what to do in certain situations but still could be a lot better. We have still stuck to the same principle of protect the paint first and live with the outside shots. I think the way we are swarming the paint has taken all interior opportunities for the Celtics that even if they want to attack more, we are doing better at collapsing and not allowing it to happen.

This sh*t means something to him man. He was unsure of himself all season and now he's finally figured out his role.

I also love that the team is encouraging him to keep shooting despite his inefficiency. He's gonna have an explosive night soon I predict

I'll take a contested step back or a lay up over open threes. Keep switching and beating them up
