The refs felt bad for Denver so they gave them 20 FTAs. I don't want to see anyone say Denver doesn't get calls after that half.

Some of you Nugget fans are way too sensitive. You guys just can’t resist bringing the Lakers up. The Mike Malone is still strong in you.

I took an L on my bet, it is what it is. Atleast I’m transparent about it and stick to my guns. Still don’t understand what my bet has anything to do with this series though, it’s pretty apparent when Murray and MPJ don’t show up the Nuggets turn into a pumpkin. They need elite shot making from both those guys to win this series and I’m part of the population that believes it’s not gonna happen.

When Denver lost to Minny last year they just physically hit a wall in G7 and their energy was inconsistent all series.

They could hit the wall again now with the weak depth. The 1Q today was a bad sign.

Mark Daigneault cant coach his team to figure out a simple zone vs the worst defensive personnel in these playoffs.

Caruso (2) and Dort (1) are the only ones who made threes for OKC. And Dort took six of them.

Maybe question the premise a bit

If not for the calls, they would have barely reached 20 points at the half. Let that sink in.

As usual the whole thread is full of s*itting on Jokic. He has two, three guys hanging on him, his entire team has disappeard but somehow its all his fault. Where is that expert that kept telling us how great Murray and MPJ are, and how great Braun is and Westbrook, and how he has a great supporting cast around him?

Also the calls SGA gets are just disgusting at this point. I hope he gets undercut with a regular foul like that too, if its okay to do so. I wonder what Jokic would have gotten for that if the play the other day was an instant flagrant.

Jokic was abysmal until the last minute.
Murray is suffocated with the lack of spacing.
No player on any team got it going from the field except Frei Throwegious Merchander.
Defense wins draft lotteries!
Fortune favours the bold, so it ducked Nico Harrison.

Also, it's not so crazy that the team is better when the players are hitting shots. Isn't that the whole point?

You totally missed my point. Nuggets strategy isn’t sustainable. You can’t depend on Murray and MPJ to keep hitting high degree of difficulty shots like they did in game 3.

That Wiggins pull up when it was 2 on 1 about sent me. I can deal with misses on good shots but damn.

This Denver team getting to the Finals would be the most stunning thing in recent years cause that means they would’ve beaten both OKC and assuming they win, Minnesota. Two teams with way much deeper rosters. And them winning it all by beating either BOS or CLE would be improbable.

MPJ completely disappeared. He’s supposed to be the best 3 point shooter on the team. One game he’s great the next game he’s a disaster
