There's something wrong with this roster and this coach, and it needs to be talked about. And one of my main reasons why a KAT/Randle trade was stupid, was because Thibs was still the coach, and coach certain way, and my lack of trust in his adaptability, especially now that we're seeing how much Bryant contributed to the Thibs mindscape. Nearly every single deterrent of the trade has been in full display in these playoffs, and for the better part of the last couple of months.

So yeah, we're not the same because I'm not embroiled in my homerism to see a flawed roster.

For what it’s worth, apparently rival teams think we got KAT to offer him in a trade for giannis. Maybe we have intel that the bucks want him. But who knows. I still think the Knicks will try to get him though.

Haliburton is a better playmaker than any player on our roster, and by a wide margin.

Could the offense look better? Sure. But we'll never run as fun and as high-tempo of an offense with the personnel we have, no matter the coach. Player skill sets matter.
