Which lottery team winning the number 1 pick convinces you that the league is rigged? Gotta be Dallas, right?

It'll be interesting to see who can separate themselves from the 2nd rd pack as always. Pettiford is the young, upside option. Lendeborg's gotten some sleeper hype. Local products Kam Jones & John Tonje will be there. Want to see if guys like Brea & Sears can get their shots off, defend.

Have a lot of interest in Amari Williams. Huge, coordinated guy who clearly loves to pass and is good at it.

Brooklyn for sure. The league is so desperate for that team to be relevant plus they have been pining for Giannis for years. I pretty much expect they get the pick at this point.

I think I'm hoping for these teams to get the #1. Probably in this order:

1 - Houston
2 - Brooklyn
3 - San Antonio
4 - Philly

1. Philly
2. Brooklyn
3. New Orleans
4. Toronto
5. San Antonio
6. Houston
7. Dallas

All those teams would put the Flagg+ for Giannis convos on the table I think. That's around a 50% chance. If any of the top 3 get it - 42% chance - it's pretty much off the table.

We should want it to be on the table, so we have options, in case Giannis asks out, or we just don't think we can build a contender in the next couple yrs. Don't want the best case scenario to be win-now players who are worse than Giannis or random picks drawn out for yrs to be on the hope train.

The only reason I didn't include Toronto or New Orleans is I think Giannis would make a stink about going to either.

I don't think he makes a stink because he believes in his abilities & they have something to work with.

NO could trade Zion, maybe in this same deal, & get a #2 to pair w/ Giannis from a 3rd team. Then they have Trey Murphy & Herb Jones. That's pretty sick.

As for Toronto, I think Giannis has a relationship w/ Masai because of NBA Africa. They have Barnes, Ingram, Quickley, Barrett, Dick, Poeltl, etc. They have some dudes. Might want to move 1-2, maybe to us (preferably Scottie), to resolve spacing issues.

Those are solid measurements for Flagg. That's marginally bigger than Paul George. Same exact height, + 3/4 inch wing, + 1/2 inch wing, +7 lbs

Same goes for Jalen Johnson. So he's a 4/3, versatile, I'd say.

I get embarrassingly excited about the combine measurements and athleticism testing. 12 foot club here we come!

No matter who we get, Flagg included, its kind of worthless if we dont get some of our picks back to also tank.. otherwise, we are just a bad team that has Flagg

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
