Hot take, I don't think a Wemby/Giannis pairing is as invincible as some think.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I do, but then again I thought Giannis and Dame would be unstoppable so what do I know

I'm saying if he forced his way out. I think it kills the franchise. I won't boo him cause I won't be going to any more games.
I mean like what are we talking. Like a Kawhi force out or Giannis just being like, I don't see it, do what you gotta but trade me.
For the record, I don't think he does either.

Maybe for some of the crap picks they get back in the Giannis trade.

I think he wants a reason to stay that isn't absolutely not wanting to leave. Just share the vision and he'll be on board as long as it's not loser ****.

If Dallas actually got something else in that AD trade, we might be cooking.

"Okay, so, we're going to keep Doc, trade AJ Green for Mo Wagner, stretch and waive Dame so that we can use the extra cap space to see what Tony Snell and Michael Carter-Williams, your old buddies, are up to, and Thanasis is taking Melanie's job as sideline reporter."
****BREAKING NEWS**** Giannis has requested a trade from the Milwaukee Bucks

You don't want Lively? That's a very attractive package - Flagg & Lively. Then fold in NO to get our own picks back, while we take on Murray's bad contract. That's pretty much a dream deal.

I dunno man, they have THE asset that could pull Giannis IMO right now.

I mean if the Mavs still really want Giannis I’d be tempted by AD+Flagg+Lively+Christie+2031 unprotected+2032 swap for Giannis+Pat (Bucks would absorb Lively with their trade exception)
Then you flip AD for whatever you can get.
Let all the FAs other than KPJ and Sims walk. Wait out the Kuz and Dame contracts.
That or tell the Spurs to go move from 2 to 1 and do the Spurs deal. Not sure what that would cost but it’s Nico so probably less than you think.

Flagg and Lively and cancel the 2 pick swaps that would never happen anyway? Pass.
