Im unreasonable hard on mikal and kat cause they both had great games and I was an @sshole to em all game thread.

My expectations are unreasonable and im an unhinged fan during games. Im the problem.

Cam Payne looked like it was his first playoff game out there.

Clinical execution!!!

That’s the best game I’ve ever seen us play.

White makes everything, Tatum constant step back 3s and we just kept calm and showed what we can do

The Tatum injury looked bad, no contact and he's crying in a wheelchair...awful way to end a season for him. That's a serious injury.

KAT was a positive

I don't particularly understand him guarding Tatum so much because he was kind of helpless out there against Tatum's hot hand and that's not really KAT's fault

Does anyone have a better defensive role for KAT other than Tatum?

Mikal driving to the top of the key getting the middy or drawing in the defense is working.

he's clearly not ok anyway

Yeah no contact injury thats so bad you can't walk out on your own? Thats probably gonna be a bad injury. I hope not but I wouldn't bet on him coming back anytime soon.

maybe it's not miss a year bad but he won't be back soon

There was like 10 plays tonight where Tatum brought the ball up, no one else touched it and he just chucked a 3. Yeah he made some tonight, but that’s a recipe for disaster.

Easier to guard Boston without Tatum, though.

I think the opposite in terms of team ball. They had it flowing until he started his bull. Yeah he made some but he also missed a bunch. And by then everyone is out of rhythm. And that almost always carries over to the other side.

One on one game on the line yes he’s a tough guard but otherwise I expect BOS to be moving the rock well in game 5

And it'll look pretty for a minute, but not having to worry about doubling him anchors the D.

Not my problem. There's no empathy right now. If that was Brunson going down, Celts fans would be smearing sh*t all over the walls.

My focus is on Game 5

yeah, I would have felt worse if it was an injury caused by us fouling Tatum or something to that extent

if his leg gave out in a non-contact injury, that could have happened at any point in his career

at least it happened when Tatum already got a ring, two Finals appearances, two gold medals, and played A LOT of playoff games

his legacy is set. Hall of Fame and his jersey will hang in the rafters

I hate that Tatum went down. He’s a hell of a player and it was fun battling and rooting against him!

I do not want to hear one excuse from the talking heads belittling the Knicks’ run if we are able to close this out

He actually got a couple stops on him, nobody else did much better he was cooking us all really even when well defended. Anyway we likely don’t have to worry about guarding Tatum anymore

It's looks very much like a broken foot or serious fracture. He was in major pain.

Guys have played on fractured feet, but I doubt he'll be back this season
