They absolutely can. OKC would be favorite over us and it'd be a toss up vs Minny...though like vs Indy, I'd favor us in a great series...but we are a brutal matchup for Denver, I'd love to face them. Would be fun watching Jokic make that kind of run...and I'd be very confident about our chances.

Misread which post you were responding too. I think indy matches up really well with OKC, should wear out the Nuggets, and a Pacers-Wolves series would just be dynamite.

KD came back strictly a jump shooter. He provides almost zero rim pressure post-Achilles

Tatum either comes back another KD (85% of who he was) or another Demarcus Cousins / John Wall (less than 70% , no longer All-star caliber)

I do think in KD's case he was already trending to that style of play even before the injury, but it certainly didn't help getting hurt. He was definitely noticeably less explosive and dunking a lot less after the injury, but age probably plays a factor too in that though.

Tatum being able to shoot helps a lot, but yeah pretty likely he will have to adjust how he plays when he recovers from this.

I'm going with the experience of the defending champs vs Indy. I don't see Minny actually getting to the finals anyways. To me it's either gonna be OKC or Denver. OKC is a match up night are for Indy & nyk in my opinion

The only reason they won the championship last year is because Randle Mitch Hart OG Bojan and others went down before we could finish off Indiana or they’d have been exposed a long time ago. Sorry he’s hurt but it was 3-1 with him, I’m not hearing all this

OKC is the only one there where I wouldn’t be confident. But the other 3? I absolutely believe we’d beat them.
