Uhh.. except the colossal choke in the fourth quarter of game one. I mean, we play with better composure there and the Knicks could have been in trouble right away.
Boston’s clearly better than Detroit, but Detroit’s style made for muddier games. That’s what we do. As others have said, the way Boston plays with all the three spamming often means they beat you or they beat themselves. There’s been quite a bit of self-beating going on, the Knicks seem to get them a little rattled and the Celtics dove deeper into the hole on their own. They’ve just taken their philosophy too far and are paying for it. Congrats to the Knicks for being composed and getting it done.
