No team will let you trade up into the top 10 for later picks.OnlyFranz22 wrote:Package both firsts to trade up and get Tre Johnson

Generally true-but not locked in stone. I think this draft is as flat as we've seen, so jumping up a few spots might be less daunting than in previous drafts...but if we added our 26 frp (with the swap rights ) to #16, we'd get some hits...not sure who I'd be looking at for that, but it'd be a formidable offer. I'd probably rather use that power towards obtaining an existing proven player than moving up in this draft...but maybe Weltman sees something in someone that I can't.

yeah just trade the picks with all of these players whose deals are perfect to be moved as expirings or straight up cuts. It's what weltman told us he was planning for and here we are

a) it is relevant in that the Magic play these teams 16 times, which is 19.5% of Orlando's complete regular season.
b) it will be intersting when a team wins its division but fails to make the playoffs. When that day happens, and it will, there will be an outcry.

Can you imagine having a guard that can shoot like that and be as clutch as Clayton Jr was in the NCAA Tournament. Hopefully this is the pic.
