Knickst MUST win Game 4 or Celtics will take the series in 6. Out of all teams remaining, Celtics are the one who is most capable of winning 4 in a row.

Pacers need to win G4 as well as if Cavs tie it, series is going to be over.

Knicks lost to all title favorites during regular season and are in the series only because BOS beat themselves in first two games. The Celtics are far better team especially with a healthy KP so they deserve to win it. Similarly in OKC DEN series it feels like Nuggets are lucky to have the lead though OKC players are still young and that may get them eliminated. I'm still rooting for the best possible finals series which should be Celtics Thunder.

Not that simple.

I've seen all 3 games and Celtics weakness is size. They have Horford is ancient, Porzingis who is always hurt and lucky to play 15 minutes and Corner who is limited athletically and length wise. Knicks was hard to get second chances against because Towns, Robinson played together in spurts and Josh Hart who is a rebound hound.

OG has done his job by making Tatum inefficient... Tatum's 20 something points come with 20 shots and that's bad for Celtics.

Jaylen Brown has been ignored a lot, and he is one player who could put Knicks wings in foul trouble with his mid range and slashing game but Celtics rather opt for 3pters.

Game 3 Celtics hit 60 points worth of 3pters at 50% clip.... not sustainable but doable in 3 more times in a series.... they can get hot for a week.

What Knicks need to do is funnel the ball into Tatum and give him 18 footers with a hand on his face. Do not bank on 3pters going cold for Celtics and give them the long 2pter... then crash the board... continue to do that. Offensively Knicks have Brunson, Towns and Mikal who all can take turns.

Thing is... Celtics are very smart team and have the best role player in the game in Derek White and now Jrue Holiday.... need to make these 2 give the ball up to Tatum and make him choke, as he thinks he's Kobe.

What a 3 point chucking **** show this DEN OKC game is. 1-25 from long range. Nuggets with 8pt quarter.

I hope Mikal and Cam Payne get to the finals again in NYC.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

How about Tatum acting like LeBron cause he knows he’s going down 3-1 ! What a chump

Mikal has played so well for the knicks. Perfect 3rd option player on a contender. Really regret that trade now and the dismantling of the young core. Suns had every position covered just needed a backup PG.

I loved those Villanova teams he was on. Been really fun watching those three now.

That would be major egg in the face for Ishbia and JJ seeing two assets that they gave up winning it all!

Glue guys matter in this league.

This is what I was worried about with the Jimmy deal if Beal wasn't involved. Jimmy is turning 36 and Warriors just gave him a 2yr $113m extension which is probably what he would've expected with the Suns.

The second part of that is why I didn't want the Butler trade - the extension beside the cost to get him (either the 2031 or the three FRPs they got for the 2031). Because it probably meant extending Durant. And you would have two aging players in Durant and Butler, no assets (as you used them to get Butler) - and if you failed - and my guess, the round of 8 would have been the best round they would have gotten too - team would have been cooked for years. And as we saw with Curry, he got hurt. Which is more likely with aging players.

Supposedly Jimmy has some mystery illness which is why he's playing like crap.

Not sure if it's an excuse or not but he hasn't really looked himself versus the Wolves.

If OKC wins game 7 then 3/4 of the four teams left will be ones looking for a first championship. I'd root for the Pacers.

No matter what Ishbia has now overtaken Dolan for biggest joke of an owner in the national conversation.

Return to Phoenix Suns
