Interesting video on the adjustment Thibs made on how we used Josh in Game 4. The Celtics were leaving him wide open at the 3 point line and we saw how that worked out. So Thibs decided to use Hart as a screener for Brunson.

Video breakdown included

I'm gonna be driving home from WV during the game. Does ESPN NY Radio app broadcast the games? My only hope is to stream the radio broadcast on my phone

This guy made this video like it's something new. Hart was literally setting screens at the beginning of the video when he was explaining how he's being left alone.

My gripe is...give the ball to **** Mikael if Brunson is shadowed...involve him early instead of running the offense through the least talented shooter, ball handler and passer on the court just because he's being ignored by the defense.....yeah, and you're ignoring the much more talented guy who you gave up your future for to come help your superstar. Josh is a junkyard dog, and he's great at it, but the dude has the ball more than even the other All Star on the team. It isn't until the fourth quarter when Bridges says **** this and decides to take the ball and Josh takes a back seat we see him do his thing. It's not a coincidence every **** game we are down by double digits to start and come back at the end.

INVOLVE BRIDGES EARLY.

Just go watch how we looked with Duece in his place...the team wasn't an eyesore to watch on offense, players had space to operate. Go watch when Mitch is in the double big lineup and sets screens for Brunson...being a threat for a lob even with those stone hands is way better for JB on a pick and roll than a guy who is going to be completely ignored. Mitch's hard screens gave Brunson some life and got him going and gave him confidence in his shot knowing a beast is running in if he misses, who because he's a threat for an offensive rebound commands attention that would otherwise be on Brunson in the form of a double team. Yeah, those Josh Hart screens are pointless..even in that video he couldn't show a good play, Kat and JB clanked shots after getting the lousy screens from him.

This coach is so in love with this guy he was using him to run the offense with guys named OG, Kat and Bridges in the lineup just so he's not a waste of space. All for six **** measly points.

The other thing I absolutely hate about him is he's a tracker, doesn't box out, it's why you see those three point bombs constantly from his side of the court. If I'm lying, just pay attention....he's constantly looking and standing away from his man even though there is absolutely nothing he can do to help to defend the ball handler who is on the other side, he stands in the paint for absolutely no reason, ball rotates and now it's a scramble.

If you pay attention, his attention or lack thereof on his defender because he plays free safety, constantly taking chances and dive bombing for rebounds, is the reason why we give up so many open threes on rotations.

It isn't a coincidence we looked our best when he sat down with foul trouble, we stormed them and took the lead and never looked back. Whatever, I'm an idiot....but I saw every second of that video, and even when the kid was explaining how Thibs is using Josh, it looked terrible compared to the end of the video when Josh was completely absent. I don't know, the kid was trying to explain something that still didn't pass my eye test. I loved what I saw at the end of the video, though. That's the lineup I dreamed of seeing in January, waiting for Mitch to come back, I tuned in and this bench guy was still running sets for us....and still is. I......don't get it.

If he's going to be in the starting lineup, the one thing I do like what Thibs has implemented is Josh setting the second screen...that's a good look, where he can get lost from his defender because his defender is also concentrating on the first screen setter, and Josh can go crash and burn and do his thing. Hope he continues to do that, and not be the preliminary screen setter where he's useless.

I'm gonna make sure I wash the dog early and tune in...gonna watch this one live. Thanks for sharing the video.

We better close. We suck at MSG especially under pressure. And there will be tons of it for game 6.

Corny Pacers advance, everyone too overconfident in here like the Knicks led by 20 all of the last game. You can sense the incoming loss.

Knick fans don't get to have nice things.

See you after for the mass grieving session.

I think they’re figuring the defending champs can pull an emotional win at home after losing Tatum. They probably are anticipating the Celtics will get the home whistle.

Its insane that even without Tatum they might be as good as a team like Minnesota. I think we can still take this though...KP and Brown aren't not really healthy.

Vegas thinks the Celtics are going to "win one for the Gipper".....how touching.

Save your money.... cold-blooded Brunson isn't cooperating with the sympathy narrative...

Part of me feels OG shouldn’t play tonight. We can’t afford to lose him vs Indy

The problem is that we have to still win tonight and for that we need him, I don't see Boston laying down. I'm praying OG will get through this with no issues.

If we do, then we get a few days of rest before Game 1 starts on Sunday.

I thought thibs made 0 adjustments until we're down in a series and we needed the loser @ss cavs coach instead(or their assistant which was apparently our coach)

People need a scapegoat, unfortunately. They forget that we have a team of coaches and scouts that contribute to the final product. I’d love to be in the room while they’re brainstorming.

def going big, but that might not be the best thing. Pritchard starting leaves nothing much on the bench. You pluck OG on Brown, glue McBride on Pritchard and stifle them, this should be a 100-90 type of Knick win

Would be nice to close them out in NY, ok with a loss here and winning the next one. They lost Tatum, let them have one more winning moment for the season.
