I was thinking of something along the lines of this to try to get as high a pick for Brown as reasonable. If you work in Jrue as part of it then the C's an duck the apron and make a Dame/JB swap possible.

Something like:

BOS in: #3, Dame
BOS out: Brown, Jrue

PHI In: Brown, Gafford
PHI out: #3, PG

MIL in: PG, Klay
MIL out: Dame

DAL in: Jrue
DAL out: Klay, Gafford

You've got to horse trade some smaller salaries to make it work but the framework is there.

C's get a top pick and big long-term salary relief. Tatum/Dame rehab together and come back '26/27. Look to offload KP separately for some assets and further salary cap relief.

Philly swap PG for Brown and get some frontcourt depth.

Milwaukee make a last ditch effort to keep Giannis around with guys who can play next season.

Dallas get a defensive guard who pairs well with Kyrie and would be great locker room presence for squad headed by a rookie (Flag)

Trading away Jaylen Brown would just be stupid. Yeah, he hasn't been consistently good this playoffs but aside from White, no Celtic has. He's only 28, getting paid exactly what an All NBA two way wing should, and more importantly, has shown he can be good enough to lead the team as the #1 option, which is a role he'll have to play for the next year and a half (and maybe more, god forbid). You can't expect a 19 year old to come in and replicate his value within a few years. Not if you want to continue to compete for the championship.

The move is to trade Holiday and Hauser, and Porzingis if they can get anything of note for him. Keep Brown and White, add some financial flexibility and roster depth, and just hope Tatum's rehab goes smoothly.
