I think the Knicks remember what happened last year, and how they mocked us while we were injured. Road or away, they will rise to the occasion.

And you might want to look at the stats of the other starters on the Cs. They could t shoot for sht in the 2nd half. But you're prolly going to blame Tatum for that.

Also I dont thubj this is going anywhere if you think last night was terrible basketball. It was a classic.

He’s bugging. Tatum and Brunson put on a great duel. That was one for the ages and we prob won’t ever see that again (unless he recovers like KD). It was amazing basketball.

What are we doing here if two of the best going at each other is "terrible" basketball

In a game Tatum went 16/28 for 42 points these guys want to blame him. He also shot 43% from 3. unserious people.

Right. It was a great battle and we prevailed. Tatum had one period where he maybe should have passed more but he was hitting the rest of the night.

Part of it is the Knicks were bad for so long people still haven't figured out that we're now a good to great team. There's some bar that they're always gonna keep us below even when the evidence is right in front of their eyes that we're soaring above it.

It’s terrible basketball and is unsustainable.

BOS was up 72-58 at the 9:06 mark in the 3rd quarter.

Here's their half court stuff from Tatum from that point
7:48 Jayson Tatum misses 30-foot three point pullup jump shot 72 63
5:37 Jayson Tatum makes 15-foot two point shot 79 71
3:57 Jayson Tatum makes 15-foot two point shot 83 76
3:22 Jayson Tatum misses 29-foot three point pullup jump shot 83 78
2:11 Jayson Tatum misses 25-foot three point pullup jump shot 83 81
1:35 Jayson Tatum misses 26-foot three point step back jumpshot 83 81
12.1 Jayson Tatum misses 26-foot three point step back jumpshot 85 86

Well it wasn't unsustainable for Brunson

And you might want to look at the stats of the other starters on the Cs. They could t shoot for sht in the 2nd half. But you're prolly going to blame Tatum for that.

Brunson didn’t do that. He was picking his spots not dribbling for 20 seconds then chucking a step back 3. Brunson was in the flow of the offense not forcing it.

They could not have played more different games yesterday.

Yall looking at stats and ignoring what happened as the Knicks came back. What is this infatuation with ISO basketball  we didn’t do that and are winning shouldn’t that be the measuring stick

Not a single person has been able to disprove the fact he went solo brick fest and it led to our comeback

Team assists and rebounding differentials are the key to win this game. Brunson's and Tatum's heroic performance kinda cancelled each other out. (with that said I felt so grateful to have a Brunson in our team)

See a lot of sucking d*ck for the Pacers on here, which is funny since the play almost no defense.

Sure, the Knicks can't get into a running match with them, but playing a team where it's easier for the Knicks to get out in transition?
That favors the Knicks.

But, the Knicks aren't getting past the Celtics anyway, because the universe doesn't want Knick fans to have nice things.

Knicks would be a 30 win team without Brunson.

You are too optimistic, the Knicks will retrospectively lose to the Pistons still.

I reviewed their finances last week and even last offseason. I was kinda shocked that the previous owner were giving out contracts like candy. Jrue Holiday was egregious.

Just to get under a good financial health, would be to shed Jrue's without taking salary back or even trade Jaylen Brown for shorter contracts.

KP is an expiring asset but after this playoff, might need to give an asset to let him go.

I wonder if Boston tries to stealth tank next season?

Trying to mimic GSW? Sure, anyone can win the lottery so that's not a problem.

I wonder if they are seriously interested in the Spurs pick, possibly Brown # 28 and #32 for # 2 pick, Barnes, Keldon Johnson and Sochan
