I am lower on Queen, but Fears seem to measured well with being a good shooter, so what exactly is the issue with Fears?
Queen I was always kind of lower on because I generally want C's to be defensive anchors, unless they're franchise level on offense. Not that he'll fail in the NBA, it's just I project him more to be a back-up big.
I do like Fears, a positive comparison might be like De'Aaron Fox, but in terms of risk/benefit, I think there are a lot better options at #9.
Fears hasn't shown good shooting on the court yet, his combine shooting numbers are ok, about average (under average for sideline 3, 7/27), but for smaller guards you need to be able to get your shot off quick and accurate in game, which may be tough to achieve. I think it's a bit of a risk to expect him to successfully develop that part of his game. He also needs to add a bit of strength/weight. Drafting a lightweight guard that has yet to prove to be efficient on the court scares me in general.
