Post#1 » by bisme37 » Thu May 15, 2025 1:45 am

Oh hell yeah you guys we played great and won the big game this is a real treat! CELTICS BABY!!

LUKE KORNET OH MY GOODNESS!! JAYLEN BROWN AND DERRICK WHITE INCREDIBLE!! Payton Pritchard! Jrue and Al and Sam and TEAM!

I had no idea what to expect from this game and came away very proud and impressed with our guys. Now I just wish we'd played like this in Game 1 instead of dicking around and giving the Knicks so much confidence lol. In any case... may as well keep it going and win this thing! We are the Champs after all!

Game 6 Friday, Go C's!

Great win. I wish Brunson didn’t foul out. Cs were goonna win anyway and he just got a few min extra rest.

Went JB and Luke. Derrick gets all the smoke.

Great games by Jaylen Brown and Derrick White.

But it's thanks to Kornet that they're Not Dead Yet.

If my arithmetic is correct:

Celtics hit on exactly 2/3 of their 2-point attempts.
Knicks hit on exactly 1/3 of their 2-point attempts.

Dare I say, that was the best game of Jaylen Brown's life. 26-8-12, was in absolute control. Played like the superstar we expect him to be with Tatum out.

Derrick White was a house on fire to start and just kept going the whole game. And my god, Luke with the game of his life. He needs to start the rest of the way, have KP come off the bench.

Celtics showed championship grit today. Celtic Pride, baby.

If I may use medical terminology... You can almost picture those NY sphincters tightening up.

That was a show of complete domination. Hard to say if they have it in them to do it again, but one can dream.

Yup!

Celtic pride!

JB didn't fold.

Now you know why the Celtics are champions.

Unlike the Cavs, the Celtics are resilient.

Cavs should be embarrassed with the way they exited the playoffs.

Knicks are so mid.

Jaylen Brown with the flawless performance gets the VC. Kornet edges White out because you just don’t expect that from this dude lol

White, Pritchard and Horford were great though.

We prob emptied out the tank today, but that was super satisfying to watch. Celtic pride for sure.

We had bad Jaylen last game, but this was MVP Jaylen tonight, he gets the VC.

I’m going Luke for CP with an amazingly impactful game.

White a VERY unlucky honourable mention.

Team played well and Joe FINALLY sat KP.
