Winning this game was like winning game 3. We needed it to stay alive but we need the next one before it really means much.

Great team win, but JB and DW were the studs offensively, and Luke made me question what it’s all about out there tonight

Is 12 assists a career high for Jaylen?

But this will forever be remembered as the Luke Kornet game. Or a Kornet game. But seriously, Luke won this game for us on the defensive end, and added 5-5 from the field to boot. He should be running away with this cigar IMO

Yes, it looks like his previous high was 11 (8 in a playoff game).

Celtics are so much better than the knicks it is aggravating to be in this position.

If Kornet can play like that next game we really might pull this off. Unfortunately, Porzingis is useless it seems.

Ill News wrote:OG's putrid performance should be highlighted too. 6 points on 1-12 shooting. Celtics did a really good job on him, if he has a good shooting game the Knicks are infinitely harder to beat. We just have to limit him again in Game 6.

Bridges has been the killer in the second half, good job on him tonight. Brunson and Kat are going to try and go all out next game, have to find a way to hold Bridges and OG down again.

Celtics going to need a Holiday, Horford or Porzingis game to get this to Game 7. Knicks will be keying on Brown and White

Or Hauser to hit 6 threes.
It was nice to have Sam back tonight!

Didn’t he have 12 with zero turnovers and like 50pts one season versus Orlando?

It hurts. I can’t believe the Celtics played arguably the 2 worst games of the season at home in games 1 and 2 against this Knicks team.

Hunger is a real thing especially if you’re the defending champs. Sometimes the other team wants it more but the Celtics finally played desperate with their backs against the wall and the Knicks got blitzed in the second half

KP should not get another minute in this series.

I understand that every player is a competitor and will never tell the coach they cannot go unless in a cast or walking boot. BUT the coach has to do what's right for the team.

So, if you're listening Joe, bench KP for both his and the team's good.

Only 24 minutes for Al tonight, which was sneaky low. He should be more rested to go all out game 6.

Also no way Kornet plays out of his mind again and KP and Horford are useless so I think next game is the end of the road. Still, JB has shown he can make the right plays and be a facilitator so long as he is not turning the ball over.

That claim about Horford seems inconsistent with the most recent game ...

I don’t know. I was mainly watching him on defense and on every possession he was either getting blown by and/or out rebounded and/or committing old man fouls. Maybe people liked his offense this game? Idk

Pritchard also could go from good to stellar.

50/11/4 in that overtime game (with 7 turnovers).
