Weirdly enough, the heat have the perfect archtypes needed for this team: Wiggins and Ware.

Who are those “types” that we are trading for then? Name some.
OKC got Caruso for a sex offender who at the time many considered the worst player in the NBA
that's kinda the point of trades, to get better value than you dole out
Can you go out on a limb and literally name one NBA player who you think we can trade for?

Keeping all 3 will be a mistake.

Here's the truth: If you bring JK back, you have to fire Steve Kerr. Why? Kerr has proven he won't play him, especially in the playoffs. The only reason JK played in this series was because Steph got hurt and Kerr was desperate for offense. Otherwise, he likely wouldn't have played a minute. JK and Kerr just don't work together.
We all know Kerr is coaching this team as long as Curry is here (his stated goal). So Kerr is staying. JK should be in a sign and trade and get what you can get for him. It's unfair to JK to hold him hostage here. Whether he turns out to be a really good NBA player? Hard to say, other than yes, he has talent. Will it translate to winning? Perhaps. Perhaps not. This team and specifically this coach is absolutely a poor fit for JK's future. Surely he knows that. Surely the Warriors know that, too. Right?

off the top of my head? someone like Rui
No defending, low iq, no rebounding, but athletic? I think we have one of those.

I think the only way that makes sense is if JK refuses to play ball on a sign and trade and just signs a contract with the Nets for $30-35 mill per. Now instead of letting him leave for nothing, you match it, then wait until December 15 when you can trade him.
On the court like you said it's a terrible fit, but I'd rather do that then just let JK leave for nothing. It's like what the Suns did matching DeAndre Ayton even though he didn't want to be there, they didn't want him there, and they ended up flipping him for Jusuf Nurkic (oops).

DeAndre still was starter center and showed "some stats". In our case we would match 30-35mln contract and Kerr would rot him on the bench...What kind of value do you get from that contract? Everybody knows that Kimunga cant play for small stints, he is rythm player. This contract would become negative very fast...To get something useful you would need to attach picks, but this is totally catashrope...
Nets will pay Kuminga looking at free agents list this summer, no doubt here. And GSW doesnt have good exit from this situation - all 3 options are bad. Kuminga saved his ass in last 4 games and put GSW in very questionable position.

we need to send more incentive for Nets for S/T. 1 FRP + JK and try to negotiate lower contract value would be a good start.

Kuminga/Nets dont need GSW at all. Nets will get first for Cam in trade market.
