If Gobert continues the current pace until the end of the season. Like he's been play the last 6 games, which avg 15.8 rebounds per game. Could he win another DPOY?

Given Wemby is out, Mobley is a little quiet ( or overlook because Cavs are so good offensively, also dropped a little), JJ shouldn't win especially if MEM fall behind us.

Don't think he will get it. He is not that popular in the league and making Rudy the only guy with 5 DPOY is very unlikely for me. And not sure he really deserve it this year. He is back to his DPOY level but it took 2/3 of the season for that. Which i don't mind as regular season mean nothing. We need Rudy at this level now and at PO.

I love Alpha Rudy from the past few games.

Put Beta Rudy in the rearviewmirror and I like our chances going forward.

I am a little disappointed Gobert didn't win player of the week last week with 3 massive games.

Rudy is ready ! for the PO. Big difference compared to last year where he was tired as he did not get much rest and just got the baby. Hope it make a difference.

Game 5 was most certainly the best playoff performance of Rudy's career. Maybe he's not washed up yet.

Dome - it amuses me after looking at your posts that JJ didn't play Hayes more. Hayes was the only one that shot better than 50% against Rudy. To paraphrase JJ- "We need to score." Looks like the only one scoring against Rudy was the guy sitting on the bench.

This G5 performance from Rudy was pretty critical even for his trade value...his reputation really took a hit during G1 - G4 where even his biggest fans admit he underperformed but this G5 performance really erased all that chatter heard earlier in the series. Feel like it shouldn't hard to find a trade partner for Rudy, incase Wolves decide to change up things during offseason. He is also on a declining contract and he is still very impactful player on defense

At this point, regardless of the price Minnesota paid, the trade has resulted in the franchise going to three straight post-seasons, two of which the WCF. I think anyone would have taken that, no?

Rudy loves game 5s. I think he loves being able to look a guy in the eye and say “bye bye.”

Looks like Gobert is dealing with personal relationships stuff during these playoffs. Just hope everything works out but I always said only watch what players do on the court/field. Outside stuff, unless it's criminal, the less we know the better.
