True, in part because Izzo brought him along slowly. Didn't play 30+ minutes once in the first 21 games. Then in 12 of the next 15 including all tourney games he played 30+ per against mostly good comp.

To me the form looks really really sound. At the combine he went 26/30 on off the dribble shots which was tied for 1st I believe. 18/25 on 3s , 90% at the line. I think he is a good shooter off of what we know. Doesn't mean he will be in the NBA, but you can say that for pretty much anybody.

Cowerd shot about the same, and he's the size of most nba players. Richardson will have a tough time shooting over nba players.

I see it now. 6'5 1/4 barefoot in Combine, so like 6'6 and a half in shoes. That's still a great size for a PG type guard.

PG? He is a proto SG/SF type of player...

Sounds an awful lot like da Silva to me. Nice player, but ...

More of a bruiser but TDS is taller

Until Embiid gets healthy or they get rid of him... I still dunno about that long term save about them

Not sure a combine superstar at SG is really our best move...unless Weltman is ballsy enough to make multiple other moves to clear a lane and he believes he's really something special that won't take years to show up in the rotation.

Jalen Williams did the same thing and has identical measurements. So does Mikal Bridges.

Clayton and Rasheer must've signed with klutch because one other agent posted a video of them working out together.

Is it ballsy? Who is our backup SG? Cole? lol

Also he is a combine superstar but a lot of times those are guys who hadn't shown much because of playing behind someone/not much tape on them from the season so their stock goes up.

Coward has 70 games under his belt and averaged almost 60/40/85.. no matter the conference people have to look at that in ADDITION to good measurables.

Since ALL of our guards are SGs…Cole, KCP, AB, Harris, Cole, Jett, Queen…by far our (Way overly) most stocked roster spot

Barlowe bros saying he’s performing solidly at the combine and asking why Jase is many slots ahead of him…that he’ll come out with a “frp grade” especially if he does well on the second day of 5 on 5…I know nothing about him but just caught that.

Who is Sears? He apparently was clear #1 in overall shooting…he’s not even mocked on Tankathon

He's a short guard. 5'10.75" with a 6'2" wingspan.

KCP is probably the only keeper unless we make a big trade. AB is basically a flex option backup right now. Cole gone, Jett is prob gone, Queen.. irrelevant. I'd def take Coward if he's available. Maybe at 24 but I can see him rising. Those numbers are kinda wild lol.

Hansen Yang was making some really nice passes in the scrimmage today. Dude has pretty darn good feel for the game. Some of these combine risers have helped balance the NIL stayers.

He's a "SG sized version of Kawhi" lol.

Coward looks like the sort of guy the Pacers would go after. Something about his game gives me Nesmith vibes with better length and defense. Coward looks slow and strong rather than quick twitch. Wouldn’t be unhappy drafting him.
