In a series that they were expected to win 4-1 as most likely outcome by the books and public.
Got any receipts? I never saw anyone pick OKC in 5. And honestly who gives a ****, they're the youngest team in the league and these situations are giving them the experience they needed. No one thought OKC was sweeping their way to the finals.

Pretty lackluster intensity from that squad to put it away.

Nobody cares about the Wolves right now

Your right, your team can't beat a team that fired their coach right before the playoffs, and has zero depth. Sga and jwilliams aren't yet ready for the 'big lights' that are the playoffs. Regular season dudes dialed in is all that squad is. No offensive versatility if sga is contained. Okc should be concerned.

I know this isn't a popular opinion, but I'd rather play OKC as a Wolves fan. Wolves play well as underdogs, and everyone would be picking OKC if they win game 7. For me, OKC still hasn't shown they are ready to make the next step...they are in a similar place as the Wolves were in last year. I think they Wolves have a good chance to beat either team.

I absolutely don't think we have Denvers number and would beat them easily. Either team will be a battle and either one would be amazing to take down.

Gtfo. Game 7
Shame on OKC for trying to win the game! Make them work for it. Game 7 will be fun! Best crowd in the NBA.

It's the NBA playoffs, you take every inch you can get. Reggie Miller erased 8 points in 9 seconds to famously beat NY in a playoffs game that was seemingly over. Imagine if his coach had told him to "Gtfo" instead because there wasn't enough time left.

Gotta give credit to Jokic - felt he made the biggest play of the game stripping Shai and getting him his 4th foul. The game was teetering OKCs way, i think they were up 12 at that point.

Shai being in foul trouble ignited Denvers late 2nd QTR push, and out of nowhere Julian Strawther turns into Klay Thompson.

OKC can have all the great defensive players they want, but in the playoffs, it comes down to tough shot making ability. Outside of Shai, i dont see one bankable shot maker on Thunder. A bunch of great defenders with questionable jump shots. Denver has two guys who are capable of that, OKC only one.

Jalen Williams failed empathetically last year as Robin vs Dallas, and he just got doubled up in points by a guy named Strawther. Whether or not they win this series, i think OKC seriously needs to consider making a move and not stubbornly sticking with JDub because you drafted him.

Game 7 all bets are off. Jokic is the best player i expect legendary performance from him.

OKC feels like a bad matchup for the Wolves. They can play Gobert off the floor and have the length to disrupt Ant. I guess counter is “you’d rather play Jokic?” but if I was a Wolves fan, I’d rather get the Nuggets.

His physical ability isn't the problem. Harden, Jokic, Brunson, Middleton and so on aren't athletic for their position. Paul Pierce is another example.

JDub just needs to work on his game more.

He's a 3rd year player he'll get better. It's a learning experience that there are levels to this

I think all the “OKC should trade for x if they lose” is really premature. This is their first season with high expectations and they’re still young. Sometimes it takes some hardship to win the title so where’s this urgency coming from fans?

i dont think there is any concern for chet but even though jdub has great potential im not sure even his ceiling is the best piece for this core.

Let the tears flow brother. I can feel you shook from across the pond
Tears? I am 100% confident OKC ends the series at home Sunday. They won game 5 like they needed too so they could play with house money in game 6. Not that they weren't trying to finish it off, but the chances of this Nuggets team beating OKC in OKC in game 7 are miniscule.

Would be really remarkable if Denver won game 7 then went on to beat Minnesota. This team really has no business being a potential Finals team. Losing Bruce Brown and KCP, firing championship coach Mike Malone 2 games before playoffs. Jokic and Murray not having the dominant run that they’ve had in previous postseasons. Etc.

OKC still have a very good chance of winning Game 7, especially at their house.
They do have a chance for sure, but if I had to bet I'm more comfortable with Jokic, Murray, Gordon, Bruan, and MPJ. At least 3/4 will ball out.

OKC only count on SGA every game. Those other guys are too up and down.

It might be the case in game 7 too. Everyone but SGA was playing nervous today. Game 7 is going to be even more pressure.

This team was looking like a first round exit entering the playoffs.

Role players play better at home and OKC have a team full of valuable role players.
