His physical ability isn't the problem. Harden, Jokic, Brunson, Middleton and so on aren't athletic for their position. Paul Pierce is another example.

JDub just needs to work on his game more.

He's a 3rd year player he'll get better. It's a learning experience that there are levels to this

I mean, SGA's game isn't uber athletic. Williams hasn't shown an ability to get to his spots with the ball in position to score and that's a tall task if you're going to be a major piece of a playoff contender.

For the first time someone off the bench gave Denver the offensive production they needed. No guarantee that will happen in game 7. This is what we need from Julian

I said the exact same thing before the game. Now I'm just rubbing it in.

This is not a one off either.

I hope you dont hide on sunday. I would gladly admit i was wrong if Murray shows up again. Usually he is good in one in five games, pretty consistently.

Wait wasn't he the best player in the game 3 win as well?

Keep moving the goal posts though, I expected nothing more.

Keep on hating.

It might be the case in game 7 too. Everyone but SGA was playing nervous today. Game 7 is going to be even more pressure.

Noone can predict the Nuggets on a regular day, let alone game 7. OKC was unexpectedly shaky, except for SGA (who had some really unneccessary fouls).

In a series that they were expected to win 4-1 as most likely outcome by the books and public.
Got any receipts? I never saw anyone pick OKC in 5. And honestly who gives a ****, they're the youngest team in the league and these situations are giving them the experience they needed. No one thought OKC was sweeping their way to the finals.

Absolutely.

I don’t know if you’re a gambler, so to put it in perspective…

A $1000 bet on the Thunder to win series at -800 would win you $125 profit.

A $1000 bet on the Nuggets to win series at +550 would win you $5,500 profit.

The Thunder were MASSIVE favorites.

This team was looking like a first round exit entering the playoffs.

Literally had Clippers in 6. It’s as much a miracle they beat them, as it is them pushing OKC to a game 7 lol

Let the tears flow brother. I can feel you shook from across the pond
Tears? I am 100% confident OKC ends the series at home Sunday. They won game 5 like they needed too so they could play with house money in game 6. Not that they weren't trying to finish it off, but the chances of this Nuggets team beating OKC in OKC in game 7 are miniscule.

I wouldn’t say the Nuggets chances of winning game 7 in OKC are miniscule. They have the best player in the world, and game 5 required two clutch threes under a minute left by Jalen Williams and SGA for the Thunder to win. It’s going to be a dogfight and either team can win.

Nugs/Wolves/Pacers/Knicks would be one of the most unpredictable final fours ever. I could see any of the four winning.

Outside of JDub, i would say Isiah Joe has been one of the bigger disappointments in this series for OKC. He is one of the better bench shooters in the league and has the skillset to shoot Denver out of their zone, but they’ve gotten a big zero from him this series. Stawther just did what Joe, who i think OKC already paid, was supposed to be doing.

Denver lucky my ass. It’s called championship pedigree. It’s called they’ve been here before and OKC hasn’t. That’s not luck. That’s experience that Denver wasn’t nervous.

Someone who thinks MPJ is a better player than Murray, especially in the playoffs.

That tells me everything I need to know about your basketball knowledge.

And you talking about tourists knowing it all...

Thats true, and it surprised me, but on the other hand he can only do it if he gets a chance. Mabye that is what was missing.

Now Gordon is injured too. Nuggets were massive underdogs to start the series and the fact that they even got to game 7 is a wonder and success. Making it with Porter having one hand whole series makes it even bigger accomplishment. If they win as underdogs with now 2 injured players(porter shoulder, gordon hammy), its a miracle.

So the team has championship pedigree when they win and everybody but Jokic sucks and needs to be shipped out when they lose.

I didnt say he is better, i said both are equally bad most of the time, but MPJ does less damage on his bad days. Which is true and i think most if not all Nuggets fans would agree. But you do you, Mr. Toronto

Being called for 12 more fouls certainly a factor here that isn’t getting enough credit

I felt good about them in the Clippers series. In fact, that was the only series I liked them in going into the playoffs.

They frankly have no business being 3-3 going into a game 7 over OKC. What's keeping them in is their resolve and championship pedigree. They know how to win ugly.
