Got any receipts? I never saw anyone pick OKC in 5. And honestly who gives a ****, they're the youngest team in the league and these situations are giving them the experience they needed. No one thought OKC was sweeping their way to the finals.

Here's the initial game thread. OKC in 6 was the most popular prediction, followed by OKC in 5, but that thread was open after Denver won Game 1, so I suspect it was tilted more in favor of an early OKC series win before that.

Outside of JDub, i would say Isiah Joe has been one of the bigger disappointments in this series for OKC. He is one of the better bench shooters in the league and has the skillset to shoot Denver out of their zone, but they’ve gotten a big zero from him this series. Stawther just did what Joe, who i think OKC already paid, was supposed to be doing.

Strawther single handedly stopped a run there. That was some '94 Cassell stuff.

I have to give Strawther credit. I've argued several times that he's been one of the single worst (non-rookie) players getting substantial minutes this year. And the worst getting substantial minutes on a team with some title aspirations.

But he stepped up big tonight. Hit shots. Didn't play out of control with his diagonal drives. Put up some resistance on the defensive end. A really big performance from him.

He would take the ball into the paint near the foul line without a plan it seemed at times and his handle wasn't tight enough for it. And he wasn't hitting his 3s at a high enough rate to offset the other things at just under 35%.

Hats off to Denver, great game, smart execution. The Shai foul trouble combined with Strawther magnet ball killed OKC.

Literally had Clippers in 6. It’s as much a miracle they beat them, as it is them pushing OKC to a game 7 lol

I felt good about them in the Clippers series. In fact, that was the only series I liked them in going into the playoffs.

They frankly have no business being 3-3 going into a game 7 over OKC. What's keeping them in is their resolve and championship pedigree. They know how to win ugly.

Makes sense. If the Nuggets could combine him and Peyton Watson into one player, they would have an all-star caliber player.

He does that, but the biggest issue was being lost on defense and committing bad fouls, however, yes, driving into the paint and then turning over the ball is another one of his bugaboos. His movement tonight was pretty tight. Catch and shoot for the most part and one movement catch and layup. Maybe, that's his future. Learn how to be a catch-and-shoot player and don't try to do too much because that's not your game.

Westbrook was -9. He was a disaster. Coach only played him 16 minutes. If you see he’s going to be bad I wouldn’t even play him more than 12 minutes.

Win or lose all the people who questioned OKC's status as a great team based off their SRS/Analytics are already proven correct.

This is no historically great team. SGA is a foul merchant not fit to be compared to the greats of the game, and they don't even have a reliable #2.
